Now see, I think I would like them to explore the AZ side of Johnny. Maybe not to the extreme of his father shooting his mother in front of him, but I think exploring some sort of “crazy” side of Johnny (if done right) would be fun to watch. Sort of a “over coming” those demons s/l. Let’s face he has to have some of that darkness in him just being AZ’s son….look at Claudia, I think she’s kind of a whack job herself.

Look at Sonny and how he had to overcome his Bi-Polar. Sonny used to go off and smash a room up when he went into his darkness. He never hurt a woman, but he would be pretty dark and scary. Maybe Olivia could be Johnny’s saving Grace like Carly was for Sonny.

I agree with you skylie. It would be interesting to see Johnny have to fight his inner demons. We know they're there (because Johnny and Claudia keep telling us they are and because his abusive and dysfunctional background mandate that they be) but we never really see the effect they're having on Johnny. I just don't want his inner-AZ to result in him doing creepy things to Olivia. I love your idea of Olivia being Johnny's savior. I think she's already become that to a certain extent.

I thought Johnny (BB) rocked his scenes today as well as yesterday! This is a man in LOVE….YES…..LOVE. And No I’m sorry it’s NOT with Lulu….it’s with Olivia. I know some find that hard to believe, but it happens! And no Johnny has NOT been abducted by aliens…..this is the real Johnny…he has just fallen in love with someone that is NOT Lulu….imagine that. Olivia truly loves Johnny and “cougar” or not, she fell in love. As a former Jolu fan, I no longer need the “payback” that some feel Lulu should get for what Johnny did. It’s over and clearly they have both moved on…what more could they possibly say to each other.


I hope Olivia goes after Claudia with everything she’s got because that woman is a vile excuse of a human being! I don’t see how anyone can compare the two. Claudia has done nothing but manipulate everyone around her since day one and has caused innocent people to get hurt. Yeah Olivia may have butted in things that maybe didn’t concern her, but she has never hurt anyone and she certainly raised her son Dante to be a wonderful man despite who his father is.

I don't have time now to post my wonderful jumble of thoughts about today's scenes but I want to just leave a quick note here saying that Brandon Barash gave an exceptional performance on today's show. Bravo!

After today`s scenes, I can see the writers exploring Johnny;s darker side...He loves Olivia and he went to destroy and confront Claudia because he just lost the woman he loves...Now, when CLaudia dies and Johnny learn the truth about Olivia keeping secrets, I mean BIG BIG secrets form him, I can see him going all dark...

I was crying like a baby, he actually had tears and then that one that came down his cheek and in front of Dante, applause applause!!

BB was awesome today... He had it all, the rage, pain, you saw his heart break... That tear at the end, be still my broken heart.

Here's my question for the day.

Why in the world would TPTB ever decide to put Olivia with Sonny after seeing the emotional depth of the performances by Brandon Barash and Lisa Locicero over the last few days?

Well, I've been waiting for a Johnny fans thread but never have found one.

BB was simply fantastic the last few days!! He is doing a fabulous job with this storyline. Why on earth we have to endure another triangle with Sonny is beyond me but it would be great if Sonny lost to the hubba hubba that is Johnny Z!!

I also love the edgier (is that a word?) side of Johnny. I love it when he is emotionally vested in something. He is very passionate. I was wondering if Olivia was domesticating him too much but the last couple of days have proved he still has his darker side.
