Think about it 1.Luke was on stage to her left and she was shot from the right so he definitely didnt shoot her but yet they wouldnt let him go to the hospital with his mother. 2.On stage Maria said I'm sorry to Luke because she knew she was getting ready to deceive him again by staging her death and lastly 3.Lexi commented she's Maria Gianni she isn't dead. Lexi who knows Maria so well and is actually an up and coming Maria realizes that Maria is very capable of deception and probably had something to do with her own death!

No, dont think she is still alive, Maria would NEVERRRR walk away from that business nor Luke. She knows Luke would turn over that fashion house to Michelle to try to make up for what Maria did to her. As we know Maria would have to be dead in her grave before she let anyone run that fashion house but her. Maria, giving up that kind of control,and something she worked for her whole life,plus just handing over Luke to Michelle, NEVER HAPPEN. Has anyone noticed in the flashback of Lance killing that PI how he hit him by reaching out hitting him with the side of his so called fist. WHO THE HELL FIGHTS LIKE THAT. With the preview of the next two night time soaps there is another guy who does the same exact move. NOBODY FIGHTS LIKE THAT, LOLOLOLOL, TAKE NOTICE NEXT TIME.LOLOLOLOL

now that most of us agree maria is alive lets toil with the possibility of the house of gianni going under because of Eddie's money and Michelle Miller Designs succeeding.

If this show is anything like the Bold & the Beautiful, they will give the Grim Reaper fits! On B&B, death is never really final--even if you're shown laying in your casket for three days straight!
