I am glad to hear that Michelle noticed a difference in Maria on stage and that she was crying. I thought I was reading too much into it (i even watched the ending 3 times to make sure)!

Maria did seem "different" for some reason.....

yes she seemed very different.. kind of a peaceful, angelic look, def. not her! glad im not the only one who noticed

I thought that she was looking at Luke. And we still don't know why she was obsessed with destroying Michelle. I mean not wanting her to date her son was one thing, but she was relentless in trying to do her in. And lets not forget, minutes before she was going to put her in harms way by telling Eddie about her.

I just think that it was the realization that she really had nothing in spite of everything!

I too noticed a difference in her when she looked at Luke and mouthed "I'm sorry" She seemed so sincere. It really made me sad.

I'm thinking Maria hated Michelle because she is everything she's not. Michelle has youth, talent and the love and attention of Luke. People recognized Michelle as a talented designer where Maria just took credit for other people's work.

I believe she was crying and upset because of Luke, even in her twisted way she did love her son a great deal she just went about showing the wrong way.

I am so glad Eddie finally got Lance I hope he beats hell out him before he kills him. Lance is a piece of garbage, he could have told Michelle what he wanted to tell her over the phone or sent her a note. He didnt need to involve her and I wouldnt put it pass his punk self to tell Eddie that she knows where the files are,just to buy himself some time and or save his own butt. Lance should be in jail anyway for killing that private detective, nothing ever became of that.I dont feel sorry for Lance not one little bit.

At her funeral, them reporters were like a pack of wild animals after a fresh kill and they are no different in real life.

I'm surprised no-one, especially michelle, noticed her whisper "im sorry" to luke while she was on the stage...

She felt she had accomplished so much in her life, but yet failed her son because he didn't even care about her important night. But all he wanted was for her to be a good person rather than a mean successful one. I felt so bad when Clive told him. You could tel he was devastated. And now he seems on a mission to find the person who killed his mother.

I felt bad for Luke when he found out also. I can't imagine how painful it is to have an argument with someone where you express how disapointed you are, and the person dies right after that. I wonder if he thought her apology was genuine especially after the way she duped him so many times before.
