Will Tania survive the crash? Maybe this will be a turning point for her?

There really is no place for the Tania storyline to go. Killing Tania off would be best thing. However, should she survive, I could very well see her telling Nikki she is sleeping with Chandler. I could also see her doing something to make Nikki lose that baby. Should she try to harm Nikki, I could surely see Sophia and or William making Tania sorry she was ever born. However, Nikki is another one who is blind when it comes to Chandler. Nikki has no visible means of support now. Until Michelle's collection is ready, that is. I could just see Maria and Lance trying to burn the place down or doing something to destroy her collection or put someone on the inside to steal and or destroy her collection. Thank God, these are not real life characters cause they would never survive in the real world.
