You are probably correct, but what throws me off is the "promo" showing Maria having a heart attack. In true soap fashion, I have a feeling that Luke & Michelle finally get everything together and something tragic happens. Hope not.

Maria had a fake heart attack weeks ago.The promos are showing many clips of things that already happened.

You may well be right, but it seems like a different scene. Generally in the promos, they tease you with what is going to happen as opposed to what has happened.

Sudsee is right, that happened some time ago when Maria concocted that scheme with Lance to get Luke away from Michelle so Lance could go over and see her.

Almost all the promos you are seeing when they show them have happened
