Cara tells Joey she is preganant, Alex and peter search for louis, and Victoria commits murder!
Louis tells Joey that he didn't rape Cara. Just as Joey is about to shoot Louis, Cara runs in and tells Joey that Louis didn't force her.
Andrea receives a phone call at the restaurant letting her know that her father has woken up from his coma. Andrea rushes to the hospital to see her father and talks to Kate about potentially having her father come home soon.
Suzy drops in on George and takes him up to his bedroom, tying him up to his bed. Once he is tied up Suzy tells George she knows he had Louis killed.
At Peters house Alex tries to convince Rita to eat. Rita is having a hard time coping with Louis being dead. Alex and Rita discuss how they both feel like Louis is still alive. When Alex lets it slip that Detective Hawkins is dirty, Rita wants to go to the police station to confront him.
Suzy threatens to tell on George. When George asks what she wants to stay quiet she says that she had only wanted George, but now she wants tons of money. She writes an amount she wants per week on George's chest, then takes her sisters ring as his first payment.
Cara and Joey talk about the lie Cara told him. Joey tells her that Louis knows too much about the business and family now so he has to kill him. As Joey is about to go downstairs and kill Louis, Cara tells him that Louis is the father of her baby.
Alex visits Detective Hawkins at the police station. Alex tells him he thinks his brother should be listed as a missing person since there is no body yet. Hawkins tells Alex that if he re-opens the case that Alex would be his prime suspect. Alex threatens to rat out Hawkins on being paid off in Penelope's case if he accuses Alex of killing Louis.
When Cara confirms that Louis is the father of her baby Joey tells he to go upstairs so he can think about what to do.
At the restaurant Alex and Peter talk about Louis. Alex tells Peter he can't just sit and wait anymore, he is going to go back to New Jersey and isn't coming back without Louis.
Cully cuts Louis loose so he can eat a plate of pasta Cully brought him. Louis asks Cully for some parmesan given that he feels like this will be his last meal. Cully brings Louis some cheese and grates it for him over his pasta.
Victoria shows George a will that she had drawn up by her lawyer. The will would revoke all previous wills that Harold has, and will leave his entire fortune to George and Victoria, all they need is Harold's signature..
Harold is brought back into his home where Kate will take care of him 24/7.
Jessica stops by to visit Alex when she hears that he has taken some time off. Jessica tries to convince Alex to not go somewhere he might get hurt.
Daniel and Claudia are out at a bar having a drink. Claudia has filed for divorce. Daniel tells her that her life will be fine that her life is just getting started. As the two part ways Christoph is sitting in the parking lot watching.
As Alex prepares to leave Rita and Peter both tell him that they are going as well.
Jessica visits Andrea and tells her that Alex is going to new Jersey. Concerned for his life, Andrea suggests that she and Jessica try to convince him to stay.
As Andrea leaves with Jessica, George calls and finds out that Andrea has left. George and Victoria discuss how this is their chance to get to Harold.
Cully brings Louis another meal and Louis questions why he hasn't been killed yet. Joey returns, tells Louis he's a problem, then goes upstairs.
George visits Harold, Kate walks in and tells George to leave. She notices the power of attorney form that Harold has brought. George leaves and stands by the pool. He starts to talk to Kate about what she saw. Victoria comes up from behind and knocks Kate on the head and into the pool. When Kate tries to swim Victoria holds her head down until she dies.
