Cully, Louis and Rita run out of the warehouse, stumbling over Frank's body. Rita starts to scream, and Louis suggests they call an ambulance. Cully tells them “It's too late for him”, and the three quickly get in cars and drive away.
As Louis is getting into his car Alex arrives and see's Frank shot and unconscious. Alex calls out to Louis for help, and Louis ignored him and leaves the scene. Noticing Alex from afar, Asher sneaks up behind him and knocks him unconscious onto Frank's body. Asher then puts his gun in Alex's hands, making it look like he was responsible for franks death.
Back at the mansion Rita asks who that man was and why they did not help him. Louis tells her to go to her room, and when she refuses tells her to do so again, telling her it is for her own protection. As the put the money away Cully suggests they skip town. Louis tells him that he wants to go and try to talk to Cara and settle this once and for all, peacefully. Meanwhile they have doubled security at the mansion, and he tells Cully to get the guys to put together a hideout shelter.
Alex is booked at the police station. After he is fingerprinted he uses his phone call to call Andrea and asks her to come down to the station. When Andrea tells him she is going t call Frank, he has to tell her frank is dead. Crushed, Peter picks up the phone and talks to Alex, promising to come to the jail immediately.
Louis arrives at the warehouse, and Frank calls Alex to let him know where they are.
Frank and Andrea have lunch together. Andrea tells Frank that the things he is telling Louis are causing serious problems. Andrea tells Frank that Louis and Cully beat up Elliot. Andrea tells him that what he's doing with Louis is too dangerous. Frank tells her he wants to honor his best friend by protecting his daughter.
Frank comes to visit Louis at the restaurant. While ether he asks Louis where he got his money, and Louis tells him that he pleads the fifth. Louis asks Frank about Andrea and Frank tells him that she is currently on a date with an old college friend.
Andrea waits for Frank at Tonica. While there a man approaches her and introduces himself as Elliot, a man she knew in college. Finally recognizing him Andrea allows him to sit with her while she waits on Frank. Frank arrives, and seeing the two together decides to let the two talk, and gets a drink at the bar before he lets Andrea know he's there. The two talk, and Elliot eventually asks her out. Andrea accepts and they make plans to go out tomorrow night. Once he leaves, Frank approaches and tells her that he waiting to come sit with her until after Elliot left, since they were having such a good time.
Louis approaches Frank who is sitting outside eating dinner. Louis tells him that he would like to put him on the payroll as a confidant. When Frank tells him that he is not for sale, Louis suggests that he “lease” Frank for a generous amount. Louis writes the amount he is willing to pay Frank down on a piece of paper and passes it to him. Frank looks at the amount and seems pleased.
Frank goes to see Andrea and tells her that Louis came to see him and offered him money to spy on her. Frank tells her that he said yes, and that this gives them the opportunity to spy on Louis.
Alex wakes up in Andrea's old house with Andrea by his side. While she is still sleeping he thinks back on his last moments with Louis. When Andrea wakes up Alex she tells Alex that George and Victoria will get what's coming to them. When Andrea mentions that the restaurant is all that they have now, Alex realizes that's the only place the two of them could have gone. Alex quickly gets dressed and heads out to confront George.
A more level-headed Andrea gets together with Drank and gos to the police with the recording of Suzy.
Frank comes to visit Andrea and Alex on the set and tells them about Suzy's confession. Andrea and frank plead with Alex to not retaliate against George on his own, and to let the law handle it. Alex tells them he has to confront George on his own, and Andrea decides to go with him.
Frank shows up at George's house just in time to hear Suzy deny knowing anything about George's involvement with Louis's death. Frank reminds Suzy that he recorded their conversation, Suzy unphased leaves. Andrea decides that she is going to stay in the house that was stolen from right under her.
