George and Victoria visit Christoph and attack him, tying him to a chair. George tells Victoria he wants to kidnap Andrea, get the money, and then kill her. George tells Christoph that he is going to dispose of Andrea's body in his apartment, and then kill him and make it look like Christoph was responsible. Christoph takes Victoria, and threatens to break her neck. George raises a gun to Christoph, and then changes his mind and goes after Christoph with his hands, beating him savagely to his death.
Later as he cleans the blood off of his hands, Geroge tells Victoria they will get Andrea tomorrow, and when Louis brings them the money, they will kill them both!

At the taping for “Food For Love” Christoph and Alex has a small verbal fight backstage. Once on stage the dish they must cook is revealed as Bouillabase. Christoph eats up a pan, and then switches it with Alex's cold pan, causing him to burn his hand. For the judging, Christoph serves his dish, and then Alex. The critic tells Christoph he is “an artist”. After tasting Alex's dish the critic selects Alex as the winner. Andrea rushes to his side, kissing him. An angry Louis and Suzy get up and leave, as they do Alex yells “don't leave, you wanted this and now you get what you deserve”.
The Gauntlet
Louis, Cully, and George discuss options on destroying Bella. Louis tells Cully that he doesn't want to make Alex look bad, he wants everyone to know exactly how good he is, and prove he is better.
Christoph angrily looks at the Bella menu. Louis approaches and asks Christoph “if it came down to it, can you out cook Alex”, Christoph responds, “I don't think it, I know it”. Louis goes over to Bella, and asks Alex to participate in a winner take all battle between Zavatti and Bella, the loser closing their doors forever.
New Beginnings
Louis, Christoph, and George tell the staff about their new menu. Louis ends the meeting by saying, “Let's see Bella compete with that.”
Under New Management
At the bar in the restaurant Cully meets Christoph and makes fun of his for being beaten by Daniel. After Christoph storms off Erica starts to get friendly with Cully and asks him what it's like to be a mobster.
Memories Faded
At the restaurant Suzy tells Christoph she wants to go over the menu once again for. Christoph seems angered by her request but complies. Suzy goes out into the restaurant and meets with a man has been hired for security. She gives them pictures of Alex and Peter and tells him under no circumstances should they be admitted to the gala or Louis's home.
Red Scare
Suzy warns Christoph not to mess with the piano player (Daniel). He gets upset and goes back to the kitchen. Cara's mob member orders a drink at the bar and waits for the restaurant to fully open. Louis shows up at the studio and interrupts Jessica's meeting with her dad. Jessica tells Louis that he needs to move on with his life and leave them all alone. Louis tells her that there isn't a good person in the room and hands her the envelope with the photos and leaves.
The Root of all Evil
Louis goes to the bank and gets money from the safe deposit box to pay for his wins at the auction. He then goes to the restaurant and immediately starts to take charge. First thing he tells George to do is lose the music that he has blaring in the restaurant. He makes his rounds meeting with the employees…old and new. He stops by the kitchen to see Christoph. Louis flatters him with the big plans that he has for him, as long as there are no more piano problems! Louis catches Daniel on his way out and asks him to stay, telling him that the piano will be replaced. George approaches Louis and asks him to consider keeping the name. Louis shoots him down. George resigns from the restaurant…effective immediately. As George heads to the bank, Louis informs Cully that everything is on track and that George has no idea what is about to happen.
Axes of Evil
At the restaurant the police arrive. Erica and Felix tells them Christoph had a ax and destroyed the piano, and is now beating an employee with a fish. As Christoph is being arrested George arrives and asks them to release him. As the police leave one of them comments “Look at this place, it used to be classy”.
Keep The Home Fires Burning
Christoph storms into the office at the restaurant with a newspaper that says the restaurant is being auctioned.
Later on Claudia stops by the restaurant with divorce papers for Christoph. Christoph tells her that he misses her and just wants to come home. When Claudia tells Christoph that Daniel has moved in with her he becomes enraged and tells her to leave.
