Yes and no. She killed the baby's father. Even if she doesn't mind killing someone ok that's one thing. But killing the father of your baby? I know he killed her father but still. If her baby had survived boy or girl they would never understand how their mother could kill their father and taking away the child's parent forever. So idk.

Yes, She killed Vincent, but she didn't need him any longer he'd only complicate things for her. Now that he's out of the picture she and marco can get together and have a child of their own.
