In Morocco, Gus tells a thrilled Vivian that Carly has been arrested. Vivian is surprised that it happened so fast. Though Carly apparently has friends in Salem, she also has enemies! Later, Vivian tells Gus to pack her bag. To hell with anticipation. "We have to wipe that woman off the face of the earth! Besides, Salem is simply lovely this time of the year!"

Bo visits Carly in jail and they ponder who called in the tip that she was at his place. Later, Carly fantasizes that Lawrence is in her cell trying to kill her.

At the mansion, Hope and Justin rush to the jail after Hope receives a tip that something is up.

Bo talks to Interpol and tries to ensure Carly isn’t extradited, knowing that if she is, it’ll be horrible for her. When Hope and Justin arrive at Salem PD, Bo asks which of them called the tip in. Neither did! Hope says Bennett called her to tell her what was happening. Bo doesn’t believe them, causing Hope to wonder what’s happening to them.

When Arianna hands in her resignation to Caroline at the pub, Caroline assumes something has happened between Ari and Brady. Brady admits it’s true. Caroline invites them to work on their issues and for Arianna to reconsider. "You’re such a great help." She leaves them alone and Brady thinks Caroline would be horrified if she knew the truth. He can see that it’s killing Arianna inside.

EJ finds Rafe on the pier and Rafe lets him know he and Sami are back together. EJ finds it’s funny, considering he was just with Sami and she said nothing. EJ says he also had a chat with his sister, Arianna. Rafe demands EJ stay away from her. EJ reminds Rafe that he and Sami share a child and a bond. There’s nothing Rafe can do about it. Rafe understands about the bond but warns him to keep away from Arianna. "Sorry, Rafael, old bean, she’s dealing for me now," says EJ, after Rafe walks away.

At Sami’s place, Sami happily confesses to Nicole that not only is Rafe back, but they’re back together, and Rafe’s working on something that’ll affect Sami’s future. She dances around the living room until Nicole rains on her parade and admits Rafe’s going to ruin everything! Sami wishes Nicole would be happy for her. Nicole doesn’t want Rafe to hurt Sami again. He’ll turn Sami against her. Sami assures Nicole that’s not going to happen. She and Sydney can stay as long as she wants. Nicole reminds Sami that they still don’t know about Rafe’s past with his ex’s death. Sami knows, and Nicole assumes that Rafe didn’t even tell Sami where he was and what he has been up to. Sami admits it’s true, but he loves her and she’s happy he’s back. Nicole can’t stay there and watch her self-destruct. She runs off, leaving Sami with her jaw open.

At the hospital, Daniel tries to take Chloe’s mind off of her doctor’s appointment by discussing honeymoon spots, Dr. Ryan arrives with test results and Chloe begs her to tell her if she can become pregnant. There’s a 2% chance she can conceive but her immune system was compromised when she had chemo during her Leukemia. Chloe’s face falls and Dr. Ryan suggests alternatives. Once she leaves, Daniel comforts Chloe, who needs to be alone. Later, Daniel’s young patient comes to visit him. Her leg is all better and she’s back to playing sports. Chloe watches as Daniel interacts with the girl.

Nicole arrives at the DiMera mansion and Stefano is livid. What if EJ were to walk in on them? She already spoke to Mary and knows he’s out. Nicole rants that everything is falling apart. Rafe’s back and he’s going to blow up her life. Stefano growls and tells her to stop jumping to conclusions.

Rafe arrives at Sami’s place and he tells her that his case is going well. He’s waiting on evidence and would rather wait with her. They start to kiss and Rafe says EJ knows he’s in town. Sami admits some people can be trusted to keep a secret. She told Nicole! Rafe is livid. She could have sabotaged the whole thing. Nicole’s not Sami’s friend and she’s the last person who should know he’s in town! Rafe says he was going to wait but he’s going to tell her everything.

EJ arrives at the pub and asks Caroline where Arianna is. "She quit. She’s packing as we speak."

In her room, Ari mopes. Her door is open and when EJ turns up, he overhears Ari leaving a message for Rafe so he’s aware she’s moving out of the pub. EJ’s eyes narrow when she asks Rafe how things are going with the DNA tests. He walks away and Arianna flashes back to having sex with Brady in her room. She gets an idea and rushes out.

At the Kiriakis mansion, Victor finds Brady and wants to know if he saw Arianna. He did but doesn’t want to discuss it. Victor urges him to call Bo right away to turn her in! Brady won’t do it. Besides, there’s no proof and there must be another way to deal with this. Victor thinks Brady’s going to let her get away with it, but he’s not. He doesn’t want her to get hurt. He wants to help her. Victor thinks Brady’s a fool.

When Daniel arrives home, he finds Chloe in bed. It’s 11 AM. She invites him into bed with her and says she’s proud of the work he does and how he touches people’s lives. In turn, Daniel thinks she’s incredibly brave. She knows there are other options and what’s important now is that they’re together. "Always," agrees Daniel. "Always." They kiss.

Nicole and Stefano hear EJ arrive home and Stefano rushes her out the patio doors. EJ admits he ran into Rafe and heard some rather disturbing news. Rafe’s back with Samantha. EJ informs Stefano that he overheard Arianna leaving Rafe a voicemail about DNA tests. Stefano assumes Rafe impregnated some girl and is now trying to deny it. EJ seems satisfied with that and leaves, so Stefano brings Nicole back in. She’s now certain that Rafe knows everything. Stefano agrees and needs to keep Samantha away from them. Stefano has to take care of Hernandez, quickly and firmly!

Arianna rushes to Brady’s place and tells him there’s more to her dealing than he knows. She bursts past him into the foyer and forces him to listen to her story.

Justin goes to Carly’s cell and offers to help as long as she’s forthcoming. Justin assures her neither he nor Hope turned her in.

Elsewhere at Salem PD, Bo is told that Carly’s being extradited, immediately and Victor waltzes in and admits he’s the one who turned her in!

A cop goes to Carly’s cell and tells her the bad news.
