Belle tells Shawn they don't have a future, Willow is hurt, and Sami's secret is found out!
At the Quarter Master's office, Belle is shocked to see Shawn kissing Willow and apologizes for interrupting, but she heard he was in trouble. She tries to leave when he grabs her to stop her. Shawn asks Belle to sit while he explains that Willow is just a friend and that what she saw meant nothing to him at all. Willow watches, crying and leaves the office as Belle cries to Shawn because she thought he cared about Claire. He tells her she is mistaken, and that he does care - too much! He tells her he visited her a few times and overheard her talking to Carrie about him. She explains how she thought that his dropping the custody case was because she didn't want her anymore. He in turn explains that he was being respectful, so she shares that Philip left. Shawn is surprised that he is not fighting for her. She shares that Philip waited long enough and knew that she didn't love him the way she should have. They agree that they are both free, but Belle tells him that he is not the same Shawn she loved because her Shawn would never use a girl the way that he has used Willow. Belle is disgusted that she let Philip go for a fantasy. That kiss showed her that she and Shawn do not have a future. She won't let another man play daddy to her little girl then walk out!
At Chez Rouge, Patrick and Hope are toasting as Bo walks in, asking to talk to Hope - alone. Patrick speaks for Hope, telling Bo she doesn't want to talk to him, but is told to leave the two alone to talk. When Bo asks Hope if she thinks she needs to be protected from him, she replies, "Don't be ridiculous!" Bo tries to clarify himself and tells Hope how Zack trusted Bo and he let him down. He tells her he felt guilty and it was difficult for him to be around her and Shawn at that time. Bo tries to get her to listen to reason, that Patrick can't be trusted, but she feels she can handle him and wants to give the father of her baby a chance!!
Bo and Patrick get into it and before we know it, he has punched Patrick in the face. The two fight a little but Hope finally stops the two.
Outside at the Penthouse Grill, Kate tells Roman that she is upset that Sami 'got' Lucas to live with her. Roman asks her if that's why she called him there, laughing that maybe he ought to arrest Sami for forcing Lucas to live with her! Kate is serious, trying to talk him into manipulating their kids. Roman isn't' interested in hearing her bash Sami and pays the bill and starts to walk away when she reminds him that their grandson's life is at stake. He sits back down, and Kate tries to tell him Sami and Lucas together are toxic to Will. She worries that he'll run away again so Roman agrees to talk to Marlena for her. (They don't know that Marlena and John are back together.) He receives a call and leaves.
Carrie and Sami are going at it pretty hard, (catfight) while Lucas and Austin yell at them and try to keep them apart. They flail out of control, grabbing one another and pushing each other around. The two land on the floor with Will's cake all over them, much to Sami's rage! She yells at Carrie that she has ruined her son's surprise, then they both start throwing pieces of the cake at one another, until they're rolling around on the floor with cake all ground in to everything!
Lucas and Austin again yell at them to stop and when they don't listen, Lucas finds a vase filled with water and throws it on the two. He then starts taking pictures of Sami with his cell phone, threatening to post them on the internet if she doesn't calm down! That does it for Sami who whines, 'You don't' have to blackmail me!", but Lucas tells her that this is the only way he knows to get through to her! They're appalled at her behavior and laugh as she tells them she has changed! Austin and Carrie figure things out and put together that the reason why Sami cancelled she and Austin's wedding is because the blackmailer called her to tell her to.
E.J. is outside the door, listening to the whole thing and yells "Is everything okay in there?" Sami sprints to the door telling him its best if he stayed away for now, and so he leaves the apartment, smiling to himself!!
Carrie tells Sami she is going to let everyone know what she did to them and they leave. Sami and Lucas clean up while he questions her about the past few months. He tells her she is the same con artist as she always was. Sami cries as she worries she has lost a last chance with Lucas. She apologizes and he tells her he's moving out when Will walks in, demanding to know what Sami did now.
E.J. arrives at Kate's table at the Penthouse Grill. He tells her that their little game may be over and shares the news about what happened at Sami's apartment. She is upset that he left E.J. and Sami alone, thinking they're probably licking icing off each other as they speak! Kate knows that Lucas has a habit of forgiving and forgetting, so isn't so sure they're over yet. E.J. reveals a new plan. He is going to offer a distraction for Sami. He'll seduce Sami into bed and have Lucas find them together! She dislikes the idea and admits she is jealous, as he grins reminding her he is just following her orders!
Carrie and Austin dine at Chez Rouge discussing all that has happened. Carrie doesn't understand why Lexi and Sami made the choices she did. She feels remorse for what she has done and wants to take revenge on them both! Carrie and Austin promise never to lie cheat or abandon each other and they agree to leave Salem and move to Switzerland to where one of his new offices are. They'll leave after Carrie deals with Lexi.
Roman shows up at Chez Rouge to find Patrick asking to arrest Bo. Roman has no choice but to arrest him, telling him not to make things worse for Hope. Bo asks him to bring someone down there to take care of Hope while Patrick looks smugly after him.

Sami is distressed to hear Kate ask Lucas, "Why don't you come stay with me? I have a big suite!
Carrie asks Lexi, "How the hell do you live with yourself?"
Hope apologizes for everything, and Patrick says "No, maybe I should stay away?"
Abe tells Bo "You're out of control. You're hereby relieved of your duty."
