Chelsea confronts Daniel and Kate, John finds Marlena, Stefano sends a delivery!

Lexi brings Theo into his class at the hospital. She tells him there will be a different teacher and he balks at going in. Suddenly John comes barreling up the hall hollering about Marlena being missing when there's a psychopath on the loose! Lexi angrily tells him he is scaring her son! She gets Theo into class and returns to tell John that it appears Marlena has left the hospital. John is bitter and unimpressed. Lexi defends her staff, but John contends that Marlena is now in serious danger thanks to them! Lexi tries to alleviate his worry, but to no avail. He proclaims that he will find her himself!

Marlena turns up at her office, surprising her receptionist. The woman suggests that Marlena go home and rest, but Marlena says she can't go home. In her mind she remembers a man attacking her with a syringe. The receptionist tells her that there is a walk-in patient waiting in the office. Marlena says she'll see her! Marlena goes in to see the woman who tells her that she's scared - her whole life is going wrong! Marlena listens as the woman says sometimes she feels so bad she almost seems paralyzed. Marlena perks up at the word 'paralyzed'. She tells the woman to take charge of her life and stop living in fear! She tells the woman not to blame others for your own unhappiness and she needs to change that. Suddenly, John barges in with the receptionist on his heels. He tells Marlena she is supposed to be in bed. The startled patient makes her way out, and Marlena confronts John. He asks what she was thinking disappearing from her room. She insists she didn't need to be there anymore. He counters that she shouldn't be going anywhere without him - or at least a bodyguard. She says she has made a decision not to live in fear of Stefano. She tells John she doesn't need him to take care of her, and may not even need him in her life at all! John asks if this is some kind of a test - all she wanted before was him in her life! Marlena says coming near to death changed everything. She notes she'd been living in the past and now she wants to live in her future. He asks if he can be a part of it. She tells him she needs to make a clean break. He calls her selfish. He proclaims that he's been going out of whatever mind he has left! She asks if he loves her, and he says he doesn't know, but he had a tight feeling in his throat. Tears fill Marlena's eyes as he tells her she's not alone - he's there. She throws her arms around him and they kiss.

At the pub, Daniel and Kate discuss whether or not it was the right thing to do to tell Chelsea. Chelsea suddenly appears beside their table. Kate tells Chelsea that she is deeply sorry and she never meant to hurt her. Daniel repeats the sentiment. Chelsea says she realizes that they weren't together when it happened, but she still doesn't know how to get past the fact that her boyfriend slept with her Grandma! Chelsea asks if Kate was the reason he took himself off her case when she was in the hospital. He says no, he had had a bad experience with becoming emotionally involved with a patient before. Kate explains that she didn't run into him until after that. She says when they got together they were both in a bad place and they were looking to escape. Chelsea notes that everyone knew how Daniel and Chelsea felt about one another at that point, and yet they went ahead. Kate protests that she knew Chelsea had a crush on the doctor, but thought she still loved Nick. Chelsea says she knows they didn't mean to hurt her, so why did they cover it up? Kate's phone rings and she leaves the table. Daniel begs Chelsea to put this behind them and move on. "I don't want to lose you. I can't." Chelsea tells a disappointed Daniel that he's a player, and she doesn't think that she can forgive him, or her grandmother! She leaves with tears in her eyes.

E.J. is making a phone call in the Mansion, when he hears Anna calling Tony for help. He hangs up and goes to investigate. Tony informs him that he and Anna are moving in! He says they have just as much right to be there as E.J. E.J. notes that he's only there thanks to John's good grace. Tony replies, "How ridiculous is that?" Tony says regardless of being cut out of Stefano's will, it is time for them to reclaim the house. He also notes that Stefano has more important things to worry about since he woke up than who's living in the house. E.J. reminds him that he is currently trying to gain John's confidence to get the goods on him. Tony insists they need to stand up and claim what is rightfully theirs! Anna worries about Tony taking on John - he's not cut out for this! She wants to go home to their own home, but Tony won't back down. Anna agrees to stay but says she doesn't like it one bit! E.J. tells Tony that he's been making major inroads with John and he doesn't need him interfering. Tony warns him not to lose sight of what their ultimate intention is - to restore their good family name. E.J. reminds Tony that they still have to contend with Stefano as well, he's laying low and watching - biding his time. Tony feels that Stefano may never come out of hiding and isn't a threat to their cause. The doorbell rings and Anna takes a delivery. It's a big order, and they all grow concerned when they see it's from DiMera shipping! E.J. feels that Stefano is behind it, especially when they realize the boxes contain Stefano's favorite opera CDs, champagne, and cigars! E.J. wonders if Stefano is on his way. Tony doubts it - the police are watching. Tony then turns to E.J. and tells him if Stefano is on his way, they need to be ready! Anna begins to cry. Tony tries to reassure her that Stefano has to stay underground. Anna counters that Stefano won't like Tony taking over. She tries to dissuade him from getting involved, but he says it's about the family name and getting 'that android' out of the house. She asks what about E.J. and he says, "One thing at a time, darling."

John and Marlena have made love in her office and John exclaims, "Oh, I knew I could win you back!" Marlena is stunned and turned off. John tells her he didn't mean that, but she says he's not the man she fell in love with. As she prepares to leave, he tells her that she won't be going anywhere without him. E.J. calls John and says there is a situation at home, but John tells him he has a situation where he is and hangs up! John then turns to Marlena and says it was what it was - don't over analyze it! He claims this proves that they can have something as good or better than before. He wants her to go back to the hospital, but she insists on staying out at least one night.

At the DiMera Mansion, in the living room, Anna tells Tony that he is scaring her. Tony says it's what is best. "Moving into this house of horrors?" she exclaims. At the front door, John arrives home with Marlena in tow and wonders what the deal is with all of the boxes in the house! Marlena realizes that they are full of Stefano's favorite things. E.J. strolls in and tells John they have trouble. Tony has moved in to take back the empire. John says over his dead body. In the living room, Tony answers the telephone. It's Stefano telling Tony to have his room ready. "I'm coming home."

At the hospital, Chelsea runs into Lexi. She asks if she ran into Daniel and gave him a chance to explain. Chelsea says that she can't get past this. "We're over. We're finished." Chelsea goes in and sits down with Theo. He notices the tears in her eyes and says, "Ouch." Chelsea smiles. "Yep. It's a big ouch." Theo holds out his arms and Chelsea takes the hug.

Steve tells Hope, "I've got him combing through every scrap of garbage in the city to try and get a lead on Hollingsworth."

Max tells Stephanie he doesn't want to go home. She says, "So you're going to do what? Stay in France and let your sister con you some more?"

Bo turns up on John's doorstep to talk to him about what happened to Hollingsworth!
