As Soaps.com reported back in May, Here, Days Of Our Lives will not be seen today, or tomorrow, but if you're a big tennis buff, you can watch the coverage of Wimbledon tennis semifinals!

Hello all,
Chrissi~ JMO.....I never get why they can't "atleast" show the new episode on Soapnet. I have to wait out this long four day weekend(and it will seem long). With all the fireworks from yesterdays show. *sigh* I will be patient.

What annoys me more, are the new shows that soapnet decides to put on at 11 pm instead of Days. I cannot tell you what that does to me. Then when it does air the next day on soapnet,its up against Guiding Light on CBS. Why must they do that. I'm sorry for the venting, but I enjoy watching it at 11 pm. I watch OLTL at 2, and for osme reason I just keep forgetting to tape it at 2. Why must they keep showing Melrose Place, etc rather than current soaps. I wishI knew who to complain to, not that it would do much good anyway. I know, there are greater things going on to complain about and it is kind of stupid, but I love my soaps. I don't like being disrupted. Now when GH Night Shift comes on, it will be the same thing. They air Y & R at 7, why repeat it again at midnight. Put Days on instead. I know, I know, I have no life.This is what happens when your kids are grown.

Treester - loved your rant. It is beyond me why they show old episodes of shows that are off the air when they have new episodes of soaps they can air...Days gets the shaft b/c it's an NBC soap, but come on, it is SOAP NET! We want to see our soaps!

I am with you totally. I know every Thursday that I am going to miss that episode and it chaps me. Every soap comes on except Days......who makes those decisions????

You won't miss anything. 
A new show is on Monday that I'm writing today.
Y&R has way better ratings than Days does, so that's why it shows later on SOAPnet.
