Mimi finds out who the bones belong to, Billie talks to Nick about their night together, and Kate visits EJ in jail.
Bonnie and Connor enter the house after burying the skeleton. Mimi heads home just after them and notices that they're covered in mud. They tell her that there was a sewer backup and that's why they're covered in mud. She tells the two that they're lying and wanders off to her room, where she finds a fax sent to her from Abe. Bonnie and Connor are surprised when she comes back with a police sketch of the guy who broke into the morgue. She looks at Connor and asks him to guess who it looks like (him)! Mimi asks point blank if it's really Connor and asks why Bonnie wanted the bones. Mimi runs out the door saying, "I'll find out for myself." Bonnie and Connor have a bite to eat but before they can sink their teeth into their sandwiches, Mimi busts back into the house, covered in dirt. She holds the bag with the bone in it. While Bonnie yells at Connor to keep quiet, Connor blurts out," You have a right to know. The bones in the bag - it's Dad!" Mimi starts to cry and feels faint. She asks Bonnie what she did to her father. While Connor asks Mimi to pretend she didn't see a thing, Bonnie tells Mimi that she can't answer the question. It might incriminate her! Mimi tells them that she plans to take the bones to the police tomorrow morning and asks her to come clean by then. She takes the bones up to her room while Bonnie cries softly.
At the Brady Pub, Chelsea continues to try to convince Abby to go to Salem U with her, fulltime. Abby is going part time and working part time, she explains, but Chelsea jokes that Abby never goes 'all the way'!! She tells Abby she is over Dr. Patton (Dr. Mc Drippy) and wants to have a little fun in University!
Outside the pub, Nick apologizes to Billie for leaving his belt at her place. She grins and says, "Yeah well, you were in a hurry!" Billie tells Nick that she thinks his first time should have been with someone closer to his age, but Nick assures her that it was the best experience he could have had! Billie admits that their night was a wakeup call for her. She would never have slept with him if she wasn't drunk. She asks him not to tell Chelsea, and he promises he won't. She goes on to say that Nick is a good influence on Chelsea. He becomes sullen and tells her that he wishes Dr. Patton would crawl back under the rock he came from! Billie accuses Nick of having a crush on Chelsea, so he admits he does but doesn't think that Chelsea likes him. He tells her, "Chelsea knows and uses it to get me to do things for her." He admits, "I do them because it keeps us close."
He goes back into the pub and Chelsea asks what took him so long. She jokes that he must have run into a hot babe while he was out there, but he ignores her taunting. Abby leaves and he changes the subject from him to what Chelsea will take in school. She is interested in law, she says. When she asks him who he was talking to, and he says it was just someone old enough to be her mom. She says "Don't knock my mom. She's pretty hot!" Nick agrees with her and then covers and tells her that she's the most beautiful woman he has ever known. Chelsea is sincerely surprised and tells him that it's the nicest thing anyone has said about her. Nick explains that he wants to keep his work separate from pleasure and doesn't want her there teasing him. Chelsea apologizes to him. She understands, she says. Nick tells Chelsea that he is proud of her, and it brings her to tears and she tells him that she really likes him and that he inspires her and apologizes for how she has mistreated him. She asks him to promise to be her friend, no matter what and kisses him on the cheek.
An angry Kate visit's EJ at Salem PD. He's in cuffs, and makes a joke about their last sexual encounter, then asks how she is. She answers him with a slap across the face! She tells him that she can't get into her office because his assets are frozen and then asks him if he shot John. He denies it of course and asks that she not abandon him. EJ promises Kate that he's not his father, and tells her that he has a team of lawyers working around the clock to get things back on track with Mythic. He tells her he went to Mexico to plan his next strategy. Before he can finish, Kate tells him her theory on the night that John was shot. Kate thinks that Sami had help rescuing Lucas, because she thinks that the heaviest thing that Sami has ever lifted is a mascara wand. She tells EJ that she thinks that he helped Sami move the beam, but EJ feigns innocence and tells her that she could make a lot of money writing fantasy novels. EJ reminds her that no matter how uncomfortable it is, Samantha is about to become her daughter in law. Kate tells EJ again that she knows he helped Sami get the beam off of Lucas' leg. EJ ignores her and tells her that if she can't believe him, he'll draw up a dissolution letter for the company, and kisses her goodbye.
