Days of Our Lives’ Sami is really going to have her hands full, as not only does she have two infant babies at home, but she just gave birth to a third, and now her teenaged son is returning to Salem. As reported in our Comings & Goings, the role of Will Roberts has been recast and will now be played by Dylan Patton.

Beginning February 27, Will returns home after being sent to Europe to live with his Aunt Carrie and Uncle Austin. The character was most recently played by Christopher Gerse, who portrayed Sami and Lucas’ son from September 2003 – November 2007.

As for the actor taking over the role of Will, Dylan has appeared in an episode of “That’s so Raven” and “Cold Case”, as well as the movies, “Paradise, Texas”, “So Others May Live” and the upcoming “First Strike”.

There is no word on what changes Will brings with him when he returns, but Soaps.com looks forward to finding out what’s in store for the teenager.
