Is Alison Sweeney perhaps the busiest soap star of the summer? This actress is working non-stop on DAYS, she is hosting The Biggest Loser, she'll be helping out with the MDA Telethon, as we reported, earlier in the month, she's Donating the Clothes off her Back, and now, she's hosting a live charity auction! Are you exhausted yet?
The charity auction is in conjunction with 'Clothes Off Our Back' and GE Profile in celebration of GE Profile's new front load washer and dryer (If you don't have a front load GE washer, you need one. I have one and love it!). The auction will take place Tuesday, August 26 in Times Square at 10 AM.

Word is that the online portion of the auction ended last night, September 17, at 8:00 PM. John
Krasinski's (Jim from "The Office") jeans went for the most at $1,050,and Nick Lachey's were second at $800. Overall, a whopping $25,000 in total was raised for charity!
Alison did a great job hosting the event and creating awareness! Take a peek at the photo of Ali's jeans that were autographed!
