Nadia Bjorlin In Soap Star Studded Cast Movie (Updated) Tuesday, March 04 2008

Soaps.com has learned that Nadia Bjorlin (Chloe, Days is involved in a new project entitled, "Jack Rio." Set to be released later this summer, the film's cast reads like a virtual who's who of soap operas past.

Nadia plays the character of Sonia Hunter in the film directed by Gregori J. Martin. Based on a story by Matthew Borlenghi (ex-Ziggy, The Bold and the Beautiful; ex-Brian, All My Children), the thriller centers around an L.A. actor (Borlenghi) who stars in a "film noir soap opera," but desperately wants to escape his TV persona. While trying to leave the show that made him famous, he is dogged by a string of murders that coincidentally occur at his scheduled public appearances.

Nadia Bjorlin has played Chloe Lane on Days of Our Lives on and off since 2000. In between stints, the actress appeared in several TV series including, "Complete Savages," "Jake in Progress," "Sex, Love & Secrets," "Out of Practice" and the movie "Redline." Bjorlin recently returned to Days under a cloud of suspicion regarding Brady's disappearance.
