Will Steve Blackwood return? (NBC)
* Marlena gets a new patient! Eve Plumb (Brady Bunch Alumni) guests as 'Dora', August 29. Dora will be close to having a breakdown when Marlena starts seeing her.
* Terrell Tilford returns to Salem for the role of “Dr. Carrington” on Friday, September 5th.
* Jensen Higley Dena Higley's daughter, has been playing Susan, Melanie's "friend"!
* Matthew Borlenghi is coming to Salem to play Mayor Crews - the show changed his name to Anthony Marino. He tapes starting August 15 and we'll see him in action September 18! Read the interview Here.
* Bryan Friday is playing the part of the masked man, stalking Marlena, starting August 5. This comes directly from my pal at DAYS. Interestingly enough, Bryan is well known for his work as a stunt man, stunt driver or stunt double. Perhaps this is evil Bart?
* Susan Seaforth Hayes, Julie, returns for Hope and Bo's wedding, August 6.
* Brandon DeShazer will play Harry, the detective we've seen work the computer at the Salem PD.
* The role of “Young Stefano” is going to be played by Davide Schivone. He will air Wednesday, August 20th
* There have been rumors flying around that Eric Martsolf is coming to the show as 'Brady Black. I spoke with a pal at the show today who tells me there is no truth to this. And since I detest these rumours, I went ahead and contacted Eric's publicist. Direct quote from Eric himself, "First I've heard about it."
* Several have asked who Eddie is. Jeff Chase played Ava's goon, Eddie Friday July 25. He shot Phil!
* Linden Ashby is on his way back as "Paul"! Tune in July 30, or read our article on Linden's return to find out what really happened to him.
* Hope's dad makes another appearance when Bill Hayes returns as "Doug" on August 1.
* Brea Cola turns up as "Daphne," a tabloid reporter who has a past with Max on July 29.
* Yuval David plays "George" a friend of Melanie's on July 29.
* McKinley Freeman has been hired to play "Evan," the new manager of the Java Cafe on August 1.
* Max and Stephanie get closer to Max's sister when Alex Schemmer pops up as "Les," a not so friendly acquaintance of Melanie's on August 31.
* The role of "Brad Baker," the reporter, will be played by Leith Burke. Brad airs on Friday, August 8th.
* Is Bart returning?! I just heard from Steve Blackwood (Bart Beiderbecke, who tells me he has been in touch with the show and there is a possibility that Bart will come back in another incarnation - evil brother perhaps?!! Thoughts?!

* Mike O'Hearn, "Titan" from American Gladiators, will be playing the role of a customer in the Brady Pub, July 14th. He breaks up the food fight between two ladies!
* The role of the “Mail Clerk” will be played by Marianne Mellerleile. Marianne will air on Tuesday, July 15th. She is known for her role as “Norma Bates” on Passions. YAY!
* “Judge Karen Fitzpatrick” will be played by Marsha Clark. Marsha will air on Friday, July 18th. Just a note to all those who are wondering... this is not the same Marcia Clark from the OJ Simpson trial!
* Joe Mascolo is returning as Stefano DiMera August 4 week!!
* Sorry, Frances Reid (Alice) will not be returning this July 4th.
* Kimberly Estrada will return to the role of Yvonne Li Tuesday, June 24th.
* Guess who is making another appearance this summer? Doug and Julie (Bill Hayes and Susan Seaforth Hayes) for a run starting July 1, that continues, July 2 and July 7.
* Who was that? Kimberly Estrada played Yvonne Li. She was the woman who Philip spoke with regarding John's disc!
* Seventeen year old Molly McCook, (Daughter of John McCook, (Eric,The Bold and the Beautiful) is testing for new role on the show.
* Say goodbye to Linden Ashby, (Paul Hollingsworth) June 19, when his character leaves Salem in a final way... so it seems! Read more here.
