You Disgust Me.

At the pub, Bo, Kayla, Hope and Steve blast Max for attacking Trent. They ask him to apologize, or he may end up in jail. Max refuses. He doesn't feel sorry for what he did. Melanie yells again that she'd kill Trent with her bare hands, if she could. Trent denies pimping her out. She retorts that if Max's friend didn't come when he did, Claude would have raped her. Bo, Max and Steve go to Melanie and claim not to have seen the attack. A disgusted Caroline kicks out Trent. She cannot believe that he didn't protect his daughter instead of using her to pay off a gambling debt. Melanie starts to cry and runs out of the pub, with Nick following. Caroline continues her rant. It makes her sick that he's Max's father. Steve tells Trent to leave, but Trent tells the family that Melanie is a pathological liar. Max rants that Trent is a sick SOB. Trent yells that nobody runs his name through the mud, and leaves. Nicole and Victor arrive and overhear the conversation.

Bo tells Caroline to stay away from Trent, and Hope tries to relax Caroline, while Bo goes to Victor. Bo explains the incident with Max and asks if it's true that Trent is Max's father and he tried to prostitute his daughter? Bo says that unfortunately it's true, but he's there to talk about Nicole, not Max. Nicole takes Victor outside and Bo goes to Hope and lets her know that Nicole wants to tell Victor on her own.

Back inside the pub, Steve, Kayla and Stephanie discuss Trent. Steve wishes he'd have gone to Paris and asks why Stephanie didn't call him. Stephanie explains there was no time. She's worried about Max. Talk gets back to Melanie and Stephanie admits that she thinks Melanie is going to be trouble.

A miffed Chelsea enters the pub and Stephanie goes to her and asks what's wrong. Chelsea says, "Melanie's out there crying on Nick's shoulder. Could it be any more obvious?" Stephanie explains what just went down and Chelsea apologizes, but calls Melanie's tears pathetic. "You know you can admit that you're jealous," says Stephanie. Chelsea says she simply doesn't want to see Nick get hurt. She cares about Nick. They're friends and she doesn't think Melanie is right for him. Stephanie thinks she ought to let this go, unless she wants to get back together with him. Chelsea goes to Nick and asks if he's alright. "I will be, once I get Trent away from Melanie," he says, and leaves. Nearby, Bo asks both Max and Caroline to stay away from Trent, but Max can't make that promise. "I don't make promises I can't keep," he says.

Victor goes to Hope and Bo and is happy that Nicole came clean. He thinks it's nice to have some good news for a change and admits Kate was in the hospital. Chelsea is worried, but Victor explains that she has a cough. Chelsea wants to see her, and will head to the hospital tomorrow. Victor tells Bo that he won't press fraud charges against Nicole, but he will force her to pay back all of his money. He blames Trent for all of this. He's pleased that he got what's his but it doesn't forgive what Trent did to Nicole. Chelsea takes a seat and explains to Bo and Hope all about what happened in Paris and how he pimped Melanie out and how Nick got shot. Bo goes to make a call while Hope comforts Chelsea. She says it was awful when she saw Nick all bloodied. All she could think about was how she could lose him. Hope realizes Chelsea still cares about him. Chelsea shrugs. "We're friends." Hope asks, "You still love him, don't you?"

Nearby, Max introduces Melanie to Caroline. Nick explains the pub is a local landmark and Melanie says it has a lot of character. Caroline wants her to feel at home and calls her family. Melanie's thankful. Max asks Caroline to look after her and leaves to the kitchen. Stephanie watches and follows him there, but returns to her table, shortly thereafter and tells her parents he's gone. Meanwhile, Caroline brings Melanie up to her room to get settled.

Street Cred!

Stephanie and Chelsea are in disbelief that Max has just said he is going to kill his dad! Max paces the room and says he means it. He tells them what Trent did to Melanie and says, "Now maybe you understand why he deserves to die!" They urge him to calm down. They point out that Melanie put herself in that position! Max tries to argue that, but Melanie herself turns up in the doorway, saying, "She has a point!" Max notes that Trent is sick. Melanie says she feels bad about everything that happened and she came to say goodbye. Max doesn't want her to go, but she asks him not to make it harder than it has to be. Melanie leaves, as does Chelsea, and Stephanie hugs a distraught Max. He worries that he needs to protect his sister. Stephanie points out that he wouldn't want to spend the rest of his life in prison because of Trent. She tells him she loves him, and they begin to get passionate!

In the hospital, Nick looks up to see Melanie come into his room. She apologizes to him, noting that he took a bullet for her. He grins, "Maybe I'll finally get some street cred!" She laughs. Together they check out his wound. She tells him he is sexy. It comes out that he dated Chelsea. Melanie is taken aback. She then tells him that she's glad Chelsea left him, because now she can do this - she kisses him. Just then, Chelsea arrives in the doorway! Melanie tells Nick he is going to make some girl very happy one day. She makes to leave and he says if she's ever in the States, she should look him up. Chelsea comes in to visit. He tells her he'll be out soon. They discuss Daniel and he says he's sorry. She says it's what she deserves for the way she treated him. She expresses her disappointment about Daniel, and asks Nick to tell her, as her friend, if there's something wrong with her. He says she's perfect. She wonders, then, why none of her relationships work. He laughs, and says she goes out with jerks. Nick points out that you never know when the 'right' person is going to come into your life. He admits he has fallen for Melanie. Chelsea warns him to be careful.

The Dr. Phil Thing's Not Working!

On the yacht, as the paramedics patch Nick up, the policewoman asks what happened. He refuses to talk about it. Melanie won't say anything either, and Max starts to lose it. "C'mon guys!" Chelsea starts yelling at Melanie in an accusatory manner, and Melanie fires back. Nick defends Melanie and an upset Chelsea says, "You're sitting here bleeding and she's the victim?!" Nick leaves to go to the hospital, and Chelsea points out to Max that Nick got shot because of his sister. When Max hedges, Chelsea says obviously, something is going on between Nick and Melanie! Max asks her why she'd care - she dumped him! She says she still cares - he's her friend. Max asks her to lay off Melanie, and she says she'll try. Max says Steph told him that she and Dr. Dan were over. Chelsea nods. "Why can't things be simple?" Chelsea calls to check on Nick and Stephanie comes in saying that the cops were interviewing Melanie alone. They decide to go visit Nick at the hospital, while Max goes in the other room to see Melanie. Max tells his sister he is so sorry that their father would have pimped her out to get rid of a gambling debt. She says she just needs to get back to her life. He says he should do the same. They agree to keep in touch and share an embrace. She asks if he thinks Nick will forgive her. He says Nick will - he's a good guy. When Max goes to check on something, Melanie gets a text from Trent and bursts into sobs!

Chelsea and Stephanie get into a conversation while they wait for Max in his room. Chelsea admits that she broke up with Daniel because he slept with her grandmother! Stephanie is appalled. She asks if Chelsea came there because she wants Nick back. Max arrives. He tells them that they are going back home, and when they get there, he's going to kill his father!

A Boy Can Dream!

In Max's room in France, he and Stephanie conclude that Melanie has disappeared. Stephanie wonders if he scared her off. He says he just cared about her - that's all! His phone rings. It's Nick. "I've found her." They get disconnected. Suddenly there is a knock at the door - it's Chelsea. Stephanie is delighted to see her. Max heads out to try and trace Nick's call. Stephanie fills Chelsea in on Melanie. "She lies, cheats, steals...and she's a gold digger!" She says that Max doesn't see any of it, though, and now she's disappeared and he's looking for her! Stephanie says she is just worried about Max. Chelsea notes that he's lucky to have her. Suddenly, Max bursts back into the room. "Great news! I found Melanie. Let's go!"

Max, Stephanie, Chelsea and the police burst onto the yacht where Melanie is dancing with Claude and shots are fired! Nick is grazed by a bullet. Max demands that Melanie tell him what has been going on here!

Bring It On!

Chelsea is working with Theo at the hospital. Theo is holding something and Chelsea asks three times before he hands it to her. She thanks him and gives him a hug. Daniel and Mark arrive in the doorway. Chelsea says goodbye as Theo goes with Mark. She and Daniel go outside the room and he notes how good she is with Theo. He then reiterates that he never meant to hurt her. He says she means the world to him. Chelsea sighs and says she just can't look at him the same way. Daniel says he knows she's trying to be objective. She confirms that she is, but that doesn't mean she can forgive him or move on. He tells her again that she is everything to him. He says he's not perfect, and he's truly sorry for hurting her. "Chelsea, please don't give up on us!" Lexi arrives and Daniel excuses himself. Chelsea offers to take Theo for ice cream and tells Lexi she heard that her father is back. Lexi confirms it. She leaves and Daniel returns. He asks Chelsea, "Can we try again?" She says, "I could never be with you, without thinking of you with her. Go. This time don't bother coming back." She goes back into the room and tells Theo she is going to take him for ice cream, but then she is going to be gone for awhile - someplace far away - but then she'll be back.

A Big Ouch!

At the pub, Daniel and Kate discuss whether or not it was the right thing to do to tell Chelsea. Chelsea suddenly appears beside their table. Kate tells Chelsea that she is deeply sorry and she never meant to hurt her. Daniel repeats the sentiment. Chelsea says she realizes that they weren't together when it happened, but she still doesn't know how to get past the fact that her boyfriend slept with her Grandma! Chelsea asks if Kate was the reason he took himself off her case when she was in the hospital. He says no, he had had a bad experience with becoming emotionally involved with a patient before. Kate explains that she didn't run into him until after that. She says when they got together they were both in a bad place and they were looking to escape. Chelsea notes that everyone knew how Daniel and Chelsea felt about one another at that point, and yet they went ahead. Kate protests that she knew Chelsea had a crush on the doctor, but thought she still loved Nick. Chelsea says she knows they didn't mean to hurt her, so why did they cover it up? Kate's phone rings and she leaves the table. Daniel begs Chelsea to put this behind them and move on. "I don't want to lose you. I can't." Chelsea tells a disappointed Daniel that he's a player, and she doesn't think that she can forgive him, or her grandmother! She leaves with tears in her eyes.
