Cake fight!

Carrie and Austin dine at Chez Rouge discussing all that has happened. Carrie doesn't understand why Lexi and Sami made the choices she did. She feels remorse for what she has done and wants to take revenge on them both! Carrie and Austin promise never to lie cheat or abandon each other and they agree to leave Salem and move to Switzerland to where one of his new offices are. They'll leave after Carrie deals with Lexi.

The gloved hand strikes again!

Lucas and Sami get a big cake and presents for Will, because they're hoping he made the basketball team. Lucas pressures Sami again to get back together when they're interrupted by Carrie and Austin. Carrie apologizes for the discomfort and shows him the papers for an annulment. Sami blasts the two for betraying Lucas this way. She tells Carrie she is doing Lucas a huge favor. Austin pitches in; reminding Lucas he knew High Style was Carries and didn't tell Austin until he had taken it over. Just then, the gloved person slips a note under the door! Lucas asks Sami, "How could you do this?!” He allows Carrie and Austin to read the note. It's about how Sami forced Lexi into believing that if they had children their children would have severe birth defects. They're both in shock, and Carrie shares the contents of the note with Sami. Sami tries to deny it, but Lucas sees right through her, so she admits what she did - blackmailed Lexi to tell Abe she was messing around with Tek if she didn't do her bidding. Carrie fumes and yells at her with disbelief. As Sami bites back at Carrie, for breaking Austin and Lucas' heart, Carrie comes at her trying to strangle her, yelling, "I'm going to kill you!"

Welcome home!

At the hospital, Carrie visits with Belle, telling her the scoop about how Marlena is safe, and now she doesn't have to worry about anything else but herself. Belle is relieved, but feels she's concentrating on herself way too much lately! Carrie reminds her that she isn't selfish for loving Shawn, but she is being selfish for staying with Philip. Belle tells her sister that Shawn doesn't want a future with her or Claire. She explains how Shawn had filed for partial custody of Claire and then dropped the lawsuit. Carrie is stunned to hear that Mimi and Shawn are getting a divorce, and wonders what is standing in the way. Outside Belle's room, Shawn stands, rubbing the sign. Shawn starts to walk in, bearing flowers, only to overhear Belle say "Shawn and I are over. I do not want to see or talk to him again!"

As Shawn sadly walks away, Belle tries to tell herself that she and Philip could be happy together. Carrie shares her own story about Lucas and Austin and tells her to tell Shawn she loves him and wants to spend the rest of her life with him. Carrie gives her sister advice about her relationships with both men, telling her to start thinking about Belle first, before everyone else. She asks Belle to let Philip go so he can find someone else who loves him as much as she loves Shawn. They talk more, and in walks Marlena and John with hugs and kisses for them both. Marlena tells her daughters she is staying right there! They ask her to stay with them so they can take care of her!

Will is home, safely!

At Salem PD, Roman explains to Carrie that Marlena may be in trouble. She was seen leaving around 8:00am to the group. He makes a call to John to get over there right away.

The detectives watch television live, as Will arrives home at Sami's apartment! Tek is surprised Bo hasn't found anything else about Patrick yet and tells him that Patrick is asking Tek to search for more evidence.

John goes in to see Roman and Carrie. They tell him the bad news - she is missing! He's in shock. He tells them that Marlena called him last night before he went to bed, seemingly upbeat. They wonder if she is missing of her own accord or if someone took her. John tells them the good news about Will coming home.

At Dune, E.J., Kate and Austin are happy their ratings are up on their television network. Carrie arrives and Kate congratulates Carrie and Austin. Kate worries that Lucas and Sami will get back together.

Austin and Carrie get a separate table. She explains how Roman helped her through the feelings she was having and also that Marlena is missing. Austin gives her his support and hopes for the best, because Will turned out okay.

Will comes home!

At the Brady Pub, Austin and Carrie meet. They are both upset at their actions, but Carrie is glad that Lucas and Sami don't know that they've made love. Austin tells Carrie it will be okay. They both realise they need to find a home - together, and they kiss. Carrie gets shy when she finds people staring at them. She feels guilty and very responsible for her actions. She agrees to go see her father.

Carrie goes to Salem PD to see her dad. She breaks down crying right away and admits what she did. She tells him she doesn't know what to do. Roman tells her to get rid of the self-pity and self-hatred or she will wind up with nothing. He tells her she made a mistake, and has now owned up to it and must learn how to grow from it. He tells her to hold on to Austin and his love and don't make the same mistakes that he has with Marlena.

Roman makes a call to Jeffrey Taylor to get in touch with Marlena. Jeffery tells Roman he too is trying to get in touch with Marlena. She didn't show up to set up the group today and hasn't answered the four phone calls he has made to her. Roman is worried.

A devastated Lucas learns the truth!

Lucas arrives on the rooftop to see Carrie and Austin kissing. "Get your hands off of my wife!" he tells his brother. A frazzled Carrie apologizes, telling Lucas that she didn't want him to find out this way. He yells in disbelief and anger that she is supposed to be his wife, they are supposed to be on their honeymoon! Austin, feeling relieved that this is finally out, wants to stop pretending. Lucas is crazed with anger. Carrie tries to tell Lucas she loves him but he yells for her to stop lying. He tells them that E.J. told him that they were up on the rooftop, and the two are shocked that he'd spill.
