Family Meeting!

The family sits to dinner and Bart serves. He splashes some 'fishy sauce' on Celeste, who calls him an idiot. Dr. Rolf stands nearby, having already eaten. Tony and EJ argue about taking the stem cells from Sami's baby, and Stefano gets up and holds a stack of letters and says wars have been won and lost. He says when his father was in Ireland, he met Colleen, who became his whole life. "Colleen Brady changed the course of our family's history, but love did not conquer all. She was murdered in cold blood. A Brady took a Brady's life," he says with passion, and confesses that his father never recovered. He says Santo made Stefano seek vengeance on the Brady family. He asks his family if he should tell them to continue this vendetta or ask them to stop it now and forever. EJ tells them that they've allowed the vendetta to take over their lives and says Stefano has the power to stop this. Tony tells Stefano that he forced the vendetta on their lives, "And now you want to stop this because EJ fell in love with Samantha?" Celeste tells them that there is no magic eraser to erase the past, even though they want to. Stefano angrily threatens Tony that if he doesn't have loyalty to this family, he can pack his bags and leave. Tony yells back that he has been running the family for him for years, "Until this SOB fell in love with the blonde bimbo." EJ doesn't like the sound of that, and gets up and goes at Tony! Stefano yells at them to stop it and start acting like brothers! "Embrace each other!" Stefano urges the men. The men huff and puff and eventually hug each other, rather stiffly! Stefano allows Celeste to leave, and asks her to give a message to Lexi that he loves her. After she leaves, Stefano asks Tony to follow Celeste to ensure she doesn't go to the police or the Brady Pub.

My Favorite And Best Pawn

Tony calls his Lawyer and demands that he have the ambulance turn around back to the mansion. He threatens to kill the Lawyer, by quoting Shakespeare, if he doesn't do his bidding. "Let me remind you of a little Shakespeare, Henry VI, Act 4 scene 2," he says, ominously. Dr. Rolf overhears the conversation when he enters the room and Tony tells him that they have to find a way to keep Sami out of their business. He demands that Rolf take care of it himself.

Face To Face With Stefano

At the DiMera mansion, incense burns as Tony meditates on the floor, with a sword. His concentration is ruined when Dr. Rolf interrupts to tell him that Stefano is growing weaker by the minute. Tony is angered by the interruption and the news and says he'll hold the Bradys responsible if Stefano dies.

"This man's in bad shape," they explain as they slowly wheel him out. EJ tells the EMT that Stefano needs care, and when Sami notices Dr. Rolf, she asks, "Aren't you supposed to be dead?" Rolf replies, "Yes, but it didn’t take!"

The EMT rolls Stefano out of the mansion while Sami and EJ make an escape through the back door. Tony swears, when he realizes that EJ and Sami are gone, and blames Bart for going off to snack while he was supposed to be doing his job.

Dr. Rolf Poisons Sami

Dr. Rolf (You'll remember him as a DiMera henchman and scientist) is dressed in an orderly's uniform, at the hospital. He takes a call (from Bart, no doubt) and says that he knows what to do. He grabs a tray of food and takes it to the officer, stationed outside Sami's room. Rolf makes something up about how the doctor wants Sami to eat something before midnight as she has tests in the morning. He is allowed in, and hands the tray to Sami. Sami and Lucas frown, as Dr. Rolf tells Sami, "Doctor's orders!"

Dr. Rolf leaves through the elevator as EJ passes him on his way in. Rolf tries to hide his face, but EJ recognizes him and asks the security guard if that man was in Sami's room. The guard tells him he was, but refuses EJ entrance.

Dr. Rolf calls Tony and tells him, "It's done." He mentions that he saw Elvis there, too.
