Bart's back....

In the car, Tony tells Bart they'll now wait for the location. "Ah, disloyal but efficient." Tony says. Bart knows where the building is and says it's beautiful and has a terrace. He starts to go on about how he'd love a terrace and a house one day. "You're a strange man," says Tony, and he gives Bart a gun and asks that he follow him and take out EJ when he gets a clear shot!'

Tony and Bart show up on the rooftop of the building to meet EJ , but instead, they are met by Bo, who quickly disarms Bart and sends him on his way! Tony asks that Bart wait for him at the mansion, and Bo arrests Tony on attempted murder of EJ Wells and Samantha Brady, and for the disappearance of Tony DiMera! Tony starts to laugh at the charges and states that he is Tony DiMera! He tells Bo he has no evidence so he'll be on his way, but Bo says, "Yes, to a rather dank depressing cell,… Andre! We have rock solid evidence,… Andre… so the next move is yours,… Andre!" Tony (Andre)gets up on the ledge of the building as if ready to jump and Bo's face falls. "Come on man, you don't want to die tonight." Bo says and asks for Andre's cooperation. He wants to know where they can find Tony, but Andre refuses to budge and says, "Tony's going to rot on that sad little island for as long as he lives. It's your move, detective!" Andre wants to use this as a bargaining tool. Bo puts his gun down and asks Tony to step down. Tony sees this as a threat and jumps off the building, but grips the cement and pleads, "Help me! Help me!" Bo stares down at Andre with a grin on his face while he grabs the falling man's hands. "Tell me where the map is so I can find Tony," Bo demands, and then threatens that if he falls, everyone will assume he jumped - unless Andre complies!

Andre finally submits, and Bo pulls him up to the top of building. Andre's legs are still hanging over the edge and Andre says, "Fine. Bart's back!" Bart suddenly shows up again behind Bo and starts grabbing Andre's arm. "Boss, I've got you!" Bart says in a panicked voice. Andre slips from Bart and Bo's hands and plummets to the ground.

Desperate Little Girl

Tony ties EJ to the bed at the safe house and yells for Bart to get the shot gun. "Do you have any last words, brother?" he asks a nervous EJ. Tony sets the shot gun up with rope so that whoever opens the front door, will accidentally shoot EJ. Tony and Bart escape out the bathroom window while EJ struggles with his constraints.

Watching the pub from the car, Bart tells Tony that he is surprised that Tony doesn't appear to care that he just whacked Stefano's favorite son. Tony laughs and tells Bart he's in charge now. Bart says that Stefano's going to have a bird when he finds out, but Tony says he'll just have him committed! Bart is shocked by Tony's words.

The Penalty For Treason Is DEATH!

In Tony's car, Anna pulls away from their kiss after noticing Tony's lack of interest. Anna says it's more fun if he kisses back, and asks him what's going on. He tells her he's busy, and she says, "I'm sorry but that kiss would get you booted off my island." She tries to figure him out. Tony tells her that time changes people, but she tells him that time doesn't change kisses! She says, "If I didn’t know better, I'd say the man sitting here isn't my Tony at all!" Tony sits back puzzled, and grins at her. "Why don't we find out who I am at some other time. Right now I'm busy." Anna says, "Because of Stefano," and asks him not to turn into Stefano. Tony says he gave the kiss of a ruthless man and laughs and pulls away when Anna asks to kiss him again. He keeps her at arms length and then starts to laugh and says they can try again. They move in to kiss until they're interrupted by Bart, who barges into the back seat. Bart stares at Anna with lust. "Why Anna DiMera… what a pleasure," he says. "The pleasure's all yours," retorts Anna, with distain. Not understanding, Bart thanks her and then sprays his mouth with a breath spray. Tony rolls his eyes and asks what Bart's doing. Bart tells Tony he doesn't want to offend. Anna gets out of the car and Tony and Bart snicker about their plans. Bart notes that they can't do anything with that police car circling the block so he suggests that he throw a brick through the jeweler's window as a distraction. Tony finds Bart's suggestion to be helpful and tells him to silence the alarm on Roman's car and distract the police. brother!

Tony approaches Bart and says that if he hears silence, he'll be back, but if he doesn’t, he'll post Bart's bail! Tony arrives back and Bart is in the car. They try to find out by the GPS where Sami is!

EJ catches Tony taking the GPS from EJ's car. He says that Tony will never find Samantha. Tony laughs at EJ but stops laughing when EJ pulls a gun on him. The two men argue for a bit and EJ says he won't allow him to find Samantha. EJ grabs Tony and heads to his car, but is hit on the head by Bart, and falls to the ground. Bart says, "Elvis has left the building."

Tony, Bart and a bound and gagged EJ bust into the safe house, but it's empty. Tony thinks that EJ tipped them off, and tells him that the penalty for treason is DEATH. He holds the gun to EJ's face, as EJ squirms in fear.

Stefano Catches Hope!

Steve dances around the DiMera mansion trying to get Bart to dance, but Bart just laughs at him and refuses. Tony comes in and asks Bart if he could prepare the wine! Tony turns off the dance music as Bart leaves. Steve says that Tony killed his groove. Tony suggests upping his medication and tells him to make himself scarce. Steve grins because he knows that Anna's on her way over. He tells Tony good luck and says "She's "pertty"!" Steve leaves and a tired looking Stefano comes into the morning room in his robe. He apologizes but says he's not up for dinner tonight. He wants Tony to keep his plans with Anna and says he never understood the attraction to Anna. "To each his own," says Stefano and he asks for Tony to try to find out from Anna what was discussed at the pub. Tony asks Stefano to rest and Stefano agrees to, but asks Tony to keep an eye on Steve. They agree that he's a little whacky! Stefano goes up to bed, and Tony thinks to himself that anything is possible. From outside the morning room patio, Steve watches Tony!

Anna enters the DiMera mansion and is greeted by an amorous Bart, who has been waiting many years to meet Anna. He's enthralled with her and asks Tony, "May I?" Tony nods, and Bart kisses Anna on her cheek. He then tries to make out with her and Anna pushes him back in surprise! Tony stops Bart from kissing Anna any further and Anna starts to laugh. "What a funny little man," she giggles as Bart gets the two some wine. Anna tells Tony that she feels like family, and bashes Roman by telling Tony that she lunched with Roman who bought her a wiener at a dive called the 'Cheating Heart'. The two laugh at Roman.
