Race preparations underway

Patrick is in court with Cameron Reese (DA) and Brooke (Defense Attorney) when Bo and Hope show up. Bo worries about her baby, but she agrees to leave if it starts getting to her.

Bonnie and Mimi are shocked to see Hope and Bo show up in the court room together. Patrick asks after the baby and Hope and is excited that she felt the baby kick today, but when he goes to touch her, Bo steps between them! All heck brakes loose and the two are sent to separate 'corners'! Hope finds out from Mimi that Shawn dumped her.

New girl on the block!

Mimi is in shock when her mother comes in to comfort her. She asks the Mimi give Shawn time to cool off. She thinks that things will work out, but Mimi tells her mom that Shawn made it clear that they're finished. Bonnie doesn't want Mimi to give up, and Mimi accuses her mom of thinking of Shawn of a meal ticket! Mimi yells at her mother, telling her she was stupid to listen to Bonnie and screw up her life. Bonnie cries as she accepts what Mimi tells her. She explains that she only wanted the best for Mimi, including Shawn, because she never had this for herself. She apologizes, and Mimi tells her that it was time they faced it. People like them don't have dreams come true. Bonnie tells Mimi if Shawn is going to leave her that she should get him to pay for leaving her! (Monetary wise) Mimi isn't interested in that. Her mom goes to take care of Claire and Mimi sits and waits for Shawn.

Lies are exposed and there will be consequences!

At the loft, Shawn listens in to the baby monitor, finding out that Mimi knew all along that Claire was his baby, not Philips.

Shawn storms into Belle's loft, telling Mimi and Bonnie that it's not a good idea to leave a baby monitor on when you have secrets to hide. Bonnie tries to cover and Mimi can't lie anymore. Shawn yells. He knows what he has heard, and Mimi yells for her mother to stop it. She tells the truth! She did know that Claire was his. She explains how she found out (listening in to the nurses discuss the DNA matching Claire not Philip) Mimi apologizes, telling him she tried to tell him, but he is too angry and hurt. A sobbing Bonnie interjects, telling him that it's her fault for goading Mimi into all the lies. Shawn ignores her, lashing out at Mimi, bringing up her lies with Rex. Shawn brings Mimi back to their loft where she tries again to apologize. He tells her he made the biggest mistake of his life!! Mimi tells him that her insecurities drove her to this and he tells her that she could have told him, but she admits she couldn't risk losing him to Belle. Mimi accuses Shawn of lying to her when he tells her he is not in love with Belle.

Mimi's lies are exposed!

Back at the loft, Bonnie arrives. Mimi relays what happened to Belle, and Bonnie tells her that if she did lose the baby, it would be one less tie to Shawn. Mimi is upset to find out that Shawn is in with Belle, when she calls to find out how Belle is.

Bonnie comes up with an idea to leave Claire alone, take the baby monitor over to her place to 'watch' Claire. Bonnie whips up some dinner while Mimi dresses in some sexy dress, and when Claire starts to cry, the two leave the monitor on the table and go get Claire.

Claire is fussing and crying and the two try to soothe her.

Shawn asks for custody of Claire!

At the loft, Bonnie visits Mimi with bags of sexy lingerie in order to 'keep' Shawn with! She also shows her daughter pamphlets of houses for sale around Salem Place. Shawn walks in, eyeing up the lingerie and shares his news. He is suing for shared custody of Claire. The two are shocked but make a quick recovery, telling him that it's good news.

Mimi is upset when her mother tells her to move into that townhouse in Salem Place, because the money they've saved is now going to be used to get custody of Claire. Shawn overhears this and asks Bonnie to leave. Shawn explains he too is confused and he starts to say that he needs Claire in his life and if she can't handle that… and Mimi interrupts with "No! Shawn, don't say that!" Shawn tells her he wasn't going to give her an ultimatum. Mimi is still afraid of their future, and asks him to make love to her.

Austin and Carrie let things go too far - Lucas catches them!

At Salem PD, Belle runs into her dad and Roman, telling them that Phil took off with Claire. They're in shock and John tells Belle that Phil will be fine.

Philip runs to the lab, demanding to see the test results for the DNA test for Shawn Brady. Phil asks him to get away from him, as he comes in the door after him. Shawn explains to the lab technician that it's okay for Phil to see the results. The lab technician (Nikita) shows Phil the results but Phil still doesn't believe it! He throws the paper down in anger, but Shawn tries to calm him. He tells him that he understands how upset he is and he has a right to be. The security guards come into the room to take Claire from Philip. They take the baby and cuff Phil, who screams at them to "Give me my baby!"

Phil comes into the PD. Roman asks the charge - disorderly conduct and attacking the Lab Technician- and when Shawn walks into the room with Claire, all eyes are on he, Claire and Belle. Claire goes home with Shawn and Mimi, who lets Belle know that if she needs her, to let her know.

At Belle's loft, Mimi and Bonnie prepare Claire's meal. Bonnie still wishes she would have changed the DNA tests, but Mimi tells her mom that it's all said and done. If Shawn knew that she knew about the paternity since before they married, he'd divorce her.

Later, Shawn feeds Claire while Mimi and Bonnie laugh at watch. Claire keeps pulling away and isn't hungry. Philip and Belle arrive home and Belle asks him to stay calm. He tells her he will, but Claire is his, no matter who her biological father is!
