In court, the judge notes that Bo and his counsel are not there. Patrick discounts Bo, but Gran has faith in him! Hope speaks on her own behalf, asking that the judge doesn't give her half of any of Bo's estate or assets. She wants to give all of the belongings to Bo with the exception of the house.
Back at court, Billie walks in, asking to speak on Bo's behalf! She takes the stand, even though she doesn't have to. She asks to be sworn in and starts to talk. She rehashes the accident causing the death of Zack, and the position that Bo was put in after he found out that his daughter was the one who caused the accident. Billie admits that when Hope found her and Bo in bed together in the hotel, that she wanted Hope to find them like that. She is honest, telling them that nothing at all happened that night and Bo doesn't even know that they didn't sleep together. She blames herself for Bo and Hope's breakup. She cries that she's very sorry but needed to tell the truth. She tells Hope that Bo loves her and hasn't been unfaithful to her in his heart. She comes clean about everything, including the accident and her part in trying to help Bo hide the fact that Chelsea drove his vehicle that night that Zack was killed! She implores Hope not to give up on Bo and their marriage.
The bailiff, whispers something in the Judge's her ear and suddenly she asks for a continuance, before Hope has a chance to decide whether or not she will stay married to Bo.
Alice tells Patrick to enjoy his dinner. Something tells her that this is going to be his last evening with Hope!!
Missing!
At court, Hope, her Gran (Alice) and Maggie are there to stop Hope from divorcing Bo. She has made up her mind. She blames Bo for Zack's death and for the theft of the evidence disc. Maggie argues that grief makes it hard to see the truth. Gran doesn't want her to rush anything. Maggie soothes Hope, telling her that she will need Bo someday.
Patrick shows up at court, and Gran comments that he's there to ensure that Hope won't change her mind about the divorce. Patrick sits to talk with Alice, telling her that he just wants to take care of Hope, but Maggie thinks Hope can take care of herself, and she can always turn to family - including Bo!! Frankie walks into the courtroom. He too asks that she reconsider. Patrick comments to Hope that of course Frankie would ask her to reconsider, he's Bo's brother!!
From the courthouse, Frankie calls Bo asking where he is. Bo explains that he's working on finding Jack and Jen, and that Abe is on to something.
Hope tells Frankie that she wants to talk to Bo, until he tells her that Bo got caught up in 'something' at work. Frankie tries to explain that it's regarding Jack and Jen, but she won't listen. She tells Maggie that "It's over for good this time."
