It's great to be young!

At the Brady Pub, Chelsea, Stephanie and Abby search through maps and get flyers prepared to get out. Chelsea is grumpy and stuffed up from the dusty maps, and complains that this isn't a great way to spend Christmas. Abby reminds her that it's for a good cause - to get Max back to the Brady's safely. They brainstorm to think about where the two could possibly be. Chelsea comes up with something. There is farm property that belongs to Victor and Abby is sure that Max is there. "I can feel it," she says. Chelsea and Stephanie think they should wait for the police, but Abby is set on bringing him back and asks the girls if they're in - or not? They all arrive at the farm but Stephanie is the voice of reason. She worries that they could be disturbing valuable evidence. Chelsea thinks that Abby is worried that Max and Mimi will be getting closer while they're alone. Abby doesn't want to listen, so Stephanie backs Chelsea up and tells Abby that he's not ready to settle with one woman and they should know- he broke both of their hearts. Abby is upset that they're "bailing" on her and she tells them she'll drop them off at home but then she'll go out looking for him by herself. They leave.

Blood on his hands

At a table inside, Roman and Bo talk quietly about the break-in. Roman takes out a map and tells his little brother that he has thought of a way that he can help him find Max and Mimi. Bo wanders over to see Hope at the bar. He apologizes for breaking and entering into Victor's mansion, but she doesn't think he needs to explain. She is proud of him! "You're a cop, down to the bone," she says. She has one request: "Don't get arrested! I need you at home." Kayla drops by the bar to thank Bo and Hope for their patience. She tells them that Billie is with Steve and she is sad for her, knowing that Billie will be hurt.

At a booth, Abby feels funny about telling Chelsea her feelings for Max. Chelsea tells her, "Relax. I promised I wouldn't tell." Roman shows up at their table to explain that he thinks Victor has kidnapped Max and Mimi and asks for their help in finding abandoned places that adults don't know about. Abby and Chelsea agree to help put up flyers and ask around to find out where young adults hang out.

Roman goes over to Hope and Bo and relays the news that John told him. EJ Wells is Elvis John - Susan and Stefano's son! Bo and Hope are shocked and Bo agrees to bring him down.

An apology to remember!

At the Brady Pub, Caroline, Bo, Roman, Abby, Chelsea and Stephanie await news on Max. Stephanie comforts her grandmother, much to Chelsea's discomfort, so Stephanie takes her to a booth with Nick so that they can talk about Max and Mimi's disappearance! Once seated, Chelsea grins to herself, and tells the two she doesn't think they've been kidnapped at all. She thinks they're off on a romantic trip. Abby is jealous and thinks that Mimi is to blame. Chelsea brings up 'Lonely Splicer'. She wants to go away to Fuji with him to marry!

Over at the bar, Roman tells Bo that they need evidence in order to get back into Victor's house with a search warrant. Bo thinks he can break in unnoticed, but Roman doesn't want him to take the chance. Bo thinks that even though there will be servants about, he wants to take on the challenge. After all, he points out that he has nothing to lose and he knows how to get around the security! Roman realizes he has lost this battle and asks him to be careful.

Abby and Chelsea argue about Max, and when they leave the pub, Chelsea accuses Abby of being in love with Max. She finally admits it as she cries. Nick takes Abby into the pub, after she lashes out at Chelsea for being pathetic and Stephanie for dating her uncle! Kayla comes out to get Stephanie- to help her look for her dad. Chelsea goes back into the pub in tears and apologizes to her for making fun of her feelings for Max. Chelsea explains she is still getting over her feelings for Max. Abby forgives her. She comments that she has never heard her apologize for anything. Chelsea thinks it's due to 'Lonely Splicer'. Nick smiles to himself. Abby hugs Chelsea, who tells Abby that Max indestructible and asks her not to worry about him. Nick tells Chelsea he hasn't found the 'Lonely Splicer' yet. He kisses Abby goodbye and Chelsea asks for a kiss goodbye too, and says, "It's not like I'll jump your bones or anything." He tells her it's his loss and leaves!

Up in smoke!

Abby and Nick are outside Max's garage. Abby called Nick there for back-up, as she is concerned that the lights are suddenly off, after she left - and Max's car is in the parking lot. She explains to Nick that she and Max had an argument and she had come back to apologize. Nick is confused as to why she is concerned, and she tells him about the black car they saw circling the garage earlier. She thinks that something horrible has happened to Max, so Nick agrees to go inside wither. They both enter the garage only to find it ransacked, with no Max to be found. They call the police.

Roman and the other Salem PD arrive, asking questions of Abby. She has a difficult time explaining the make and model of the car, and admits she never saw the license plate. She explains that Mimi convinced Max to go searching for Philip Kiriakis and wonders, "Maybe they made somebody mad?" Roman wonders if Victor had something to do with this, and another cop tells him that they've sent out a squad car to the Lockhart house to find out when Bonnie last saw Mimi. Shawn Sr walks into the garage and Roman goes to talk to him. Shawn Sr is worried about Max but Roman promises that they don't even know if Max and Mimi are in trouble. "I promise that we're going to get to the bottom of this."

Elsewhere in the garage, Abby starts to cry. She tells Nick that she realizes that Max is interested in Mimi - not her. Nick comforts her and hugs her, but she thinks that Max will never take her seriously. Nick continues to comfort and calm Abby down. She calms down some after he promises that when the police find Max, she'll be his hero! She thanks him for his help, and the two leave.

Trouble at Max's Garage.

Max arrives at his garage to find a frantic Abby. He finds out that she's nervous after watching a black van sitting outside, watching the garage. He tells her he'll drive her home, and Abby asks, "Are you sure Mimi would mind?" A confused Max tells Abby that she's not his girlfriend so he doesn't need to answer to her. She shows her feelings for him, but he doesn't notice. He admits that he likes Mimi, much to her chagrin, and a crushed Abby leaves. He takes a call from Kate, who asks to meet Mimi and Max to discuss Philip. He asks her to come to the garage, and then continues to look outside at the car.

Shawn to Belle, "I love you."

At Chez Rouge, Abby and Nick dine, on the house. This is their treat for decorating. Chelsea interrupts the two. She needs Nick's help with finding her online love. Nick almost chokes on his food, and tells her he isn't a private investigator and can't help. Billie arrives. She thanks Nick, telling Chelsea to stop looking for him. They eat dessert and then Abby tries to get Nick out of the restaurant while Billie tells Chelsea she has already met the right guy for her - Nick! Chelsea laughs but Billie thinks she has a lot to learn about love.

Steve Remembers!!

At Chez Rouge, Stephanie shows Abby and Nick the picture of the doctor that Chelsea thinks is 'Lonely Splicer'. Steph thinks he's hot and Nick looks proud. Nick sees Willow, and comments that she is beautiful. Abby snickers that she's an ex-hooker, but Nick is surprised at this news. "But she looks so wholesome," he says. Abby tells him he'd better worry more about Chelsea than Willow. Nick runs over to Willow, who is leaving work. He stops her to tell her that he thinks that she is a "hottie". She looks over at his table and tells him to "Tell your friends to go to hell and take you with them, you pathetic loser." He goes back to the table, not offended in the least. He explains to Abby that he only went over to tell Willow that she was hot so that it looks as though he's playing the field. Abby asks Nick if he was raised in a text book because Chelsea is going to freak out when she finds out that he is 'Lonely Splicer. Stephanie tells the gang that Chelsea sent her a voicemail. Nick's eyes practically pop out of his head when Steph relays that Chelsea has found out that her online love is a doctor. She's going to do some sleuthing!

Lonely Splicer... gene splicer!

At Chez Rouge, Abby and Stephanie put up Christmas decorations. Abby is glad that Steph is going to have a good Christmas and mentions how she misses her parents. Abby asks Steph if she has seen much of Max but Steph hasn't, and calls him a jerk! Abby sticks up for Max, telling her she doesn't want to hear it! Stephanie has the feeling that Abby likes Max for more than a friend, but when she asks Abby, she denies it. Abby thinks that the perfect guy is going to come along for her and for Steph someday. Steph rolls her eyes, as she doesn't believe Abby. Just then, Chelsea rushes in, all smiles and tells the two she has found the perfect guy and is in love! Steph laughs at her and asks, "You're in love with a freak from the internet?" Chelsea brushes her off, knowing she is still bitter from Max's break up with her. Stephanie giggles about Chelsea's online video blog and Chelsea doesn't seem to care. She's on a high! She says his name is "Lonely Splicer", and she allows Abby to read his instant messages aloud. Abby thinks it's very romantic, and he has even impressed skeptical Stephanie. Steph and Abby warns Chelsea against meeting with this 'Lonely Splicer', but Chelsea thinks that the guy is a sweet and sensitive. Steph wonders if the guy could be a troll, but Chelsea doesn't care. Just then Nick shows up late to help "Deck the halls". He holds up mistletoe over Chelsea's head, asking for a kiss but she blows him off, and tells him that she doesn't kiss nerds! He brings up the Brady Thanksgiving shindig, and asks why she ditched him. She explains that everyone was fawning over him so much; she was surprised that he noticed she left! Abby tells Nick that Chelsea is in love with an online admirer, and Chelsea smiles, telling Nick that she has to go see if he has contacted her again. Steph asks to go along, and once they're gone, Nick asks Abby to get Max to hook him up with a set of wheels! (He wants to purchase a car to impress a girl!) He tells her that he's "Lonely Splicer"!! (as in gene splicer!) and explains that he won't let Chelsea know who he is until exactly the right time!

Bonnie makes a new.... friend!

At Max's garage, Abby tells Max that she thinks Mimi has ulterior motives for wanting to go to Atlanta to find Philip. She thinks that Mimi is using Max to get Shawn back, by bringing Philip home for Belle! Max brushes her thoughts off, telling Abby that Mimi is trying to change.
