In Bo's office, he and Abe are still working on a lead for the nine digits. Bo freaks out, feeling he has run out of time and needs to get to court. He's frenzied, looking through Eve's things, and the computer.
Later, Lexi comes to Salem PD to meet Abe, but sees E.J. and Kate speaking to Roman. They talk, as she waits for Abe. Tek shows up, wondering how she is and Abe tells him that she's been busy with her husband! Tek tells Lexi not to trust Abe, doing a sudden 180. Abe tells Tek to stay out of his marriage.
In the Salem PD offices, Bo gets a fax with the names of all the people who purchased the shoes that match the prints made around the church in the night in question! Bo gets a call from Jack and Jen, who explain what happened with the tip. Jack tells Bo who the killer is, based on the gun. He tells him the killer's name, and Bo gets a search warrant and runs off!
Missing!
At Salem PD, Bo searches through Eve's effects for the disc. He's frantic and enlists Abe's help. They find nine digits on a piece of paper and check into it.
Patrick shows up at Salem PD, asking Tek questions about the Eve Michaels case. Tek sees right through him, telling him that he's a rookie - he can't tell him anything. Bo walks in, angry and wondering why Patrick is there. Patrick asks Bo what his concerns are, "Are you afraid I will take over your case, like I took your wife?" and with that, Bo throws Patrick against a desk, preparing to fight him. Abe stops the two and Patrick is asked to leave.
Bo frantically puts on a tie, while he awaits the verdict on what the nine numbers are about. He gets a call and his lead falls apart. Abe gets on the phone to find out if the number belongs to anything else, and tells Bo to get going!
As Bo leaves Salem PD, Abby runs in telling him her parents are missing!
Back at Salem PD, Bo tells Abe that he knows the two were working on the Eve Michaels murder, and were off to investigate a source. Abby walks in on the two, gasping as she overhears that Bo has put out an all points bulletin on the duo.
Jack gets an anonymous call!
In the offices at Salem PD, Abe and Bo talk about Lexi and the investigation. Abe has concerns that she's a DiMera, and doesn't bet that she's not involved.
Lexi shows up ready to talk to Abe, when Bo leaves. Abe tells Lexi it's good to hear from her. He goes on to tell her he is withdrawing his petition for divorce. He made a mistake! Lexi is thrown, but relieved! He tells Lexi that it's his fault that she turned away from him, and she asks for forgiveness. He lies, telling her he wants to make a go of it, because he misses Theo and Lexi!
Later, a police officer comes in with fingerprints from Claire's file! He's clearly upset as he calls Bo. He explains to Lexi what's going on, and Lexi wonders how much more Chelsea could have done! (Switching the embryos)
The investigation is underway.
Abe and John are in Abe's office discussing Eve Michael's murder. John tells Abe that her badge is missing, from her body. At that moment, Tek walks in, astounded that Eve is dead. Tek explains seeing footprints around the church. Abe doesn't like it that he left the investigation to meet with Lexi.
Abe doesn't believe that Lexi had anything to do with the anonymous phone calls. Tek shares Lexi's anonymous call to Abe, telling him that this is the reason why he met with Lexi. He explains that he feels that the phone calls must have something to do with Eve. Abe freaks out, yelling that he doesn't trust Lexi because she's a DiMera, and Tek grabs him, pushes him up against the wall and yells at Abe not to talk about Lexi like that, or he'll kill him! John calms Tek down, tells him that it's a losing battle, and Tek lets go, leaving the office.
