Steve and Kayla arrive at the pub in search for Stephanie, but Pete tells her she's gone. Steve calls Abe to put an APB on her.
At Salem PD, Roman and Abe return and offer Ava a chance to make a preliminary statement but she refuses and wants to see Patch. She rants about how she loves him and is in pain. Abe thinks she has a future without Steve but she denies it. She falls to the floor and has a seizure.
Chloe and Philip go to Abe at Salem PD, where Chloe says she wants to press charges against Victor!
Abe and Roman arrive at the pub and Roman is surprised to find that Bo, Hope, Kayla and Steve are missing. They think their time is about to run out and realize they have to find them.
Later, outside the pub, Abe and Roman meet with Earl, the police informant. They want information, but Earl has difficulty cooperating. Roman threatens him and they ask for the new location of the Vitali clan. Earl says it's in Brookville, on Riverstone Street. Roman pays the man off and Abe calls for backup.
Roman and Abe arrive at the Vitali mansion and Hope, Kayla, Bo and Steve come out of the house with Ava, who is immediately arrested. Roman lets Steve know that they've sent a squad car to Stephanie.
Outside Chelsea's hospital room, Lexi tells Abe what Bo told her about Hope being missing and says Bo is now missing. She says Bo begged her not to get the cops involved. Abe is worried and they agree that was a mistake on Lexi's part to keep this from the police. Abe remembers that Steve went to him about Ava Vitali, and shares her part in the plane sabotage with Lexi, who remembers Ava's name. They worry that Bo, Hope, Kayla and Steve are all in danger.
Back in Chelsea's room at the hospital, Dr. Dan notices her fever has gone down some. Chelsea thanks him for caring for her. He cares for all his patients, he says and leaves. He meets Abe and Lexi in the hall and Abe asks if he can question Chelsea about Bo. Dr. Dan agrees to it but asks Abe not to upset Chelsea. Dr. Dan and Lexi have a chat while Abe is with Chelsea.
In Chelsea's room, Abe asks Chelsea if she knows where her parents could be. She doesn't and he asks if she thinks they're with Steve and Kayla. This prompts Chelsea to ask if they're in danger. Abe skirts the question and says he's not sure why they're not at the hospital but will find out.
Outside Chelsea's room, Abe tells Lexi and Daniel that Chelsea didn't know anything and he promises to call with any news.
Dr. Daniel goes to Chelsea and tells her he doesn't have her latest lab tests but the fever means they don't have a handle on the infection yet. Chelsea's not worried. She trusts him. She confesses she wishes he wasn't her doctor so they could be together. Chelsea thinks he's too worldly and… Daniel finishes, "Older?" and Chelsea realizes she has said too much. She drifts off and Daniel mumbles that he wants her to get better. She has her whole life ahead of her. Nurse Jenny arrives with the results he has been waiting for and by the look on his face, it looks bad.
In the hospital, Abe tells a worried Bo that his men are looking for Hope on their own time, but when Steve calls with a request that Bo trust him and leave the cops out of the loop, Bo has a change of heart and calls off Abe's men, much to Abe's confusion. Bo lies that he had a nightmare and is overreacting but Lexi says they are concerned as she's nowhere to be found. Abe is skeptical but accepts Bo's decision, however, after he leaves, Lexi demands to know what's going on. Bo asks her to trust him and if Hope's not found by morning…"We'll call the marines," Bo jokes.
Outside Bo's room, Abe says he wanted to go to dinner and have time alone, but he can't. They agree to do it soon and they start laughing when they see Max wheel Chelsea up in her decorated wheelchair. Lexi is happy she's leaving and they go off to see Bo. After they leave, Abe admits that Hope hasn't been gone long enough to put out an APB.
Max, Stephanie and Chelsea visit Bo. Chelsea says she feels well enough to go home but has nobody to take care of her. With Caroline having her hands full, Bo has another idea and calls Philip.
