Up To Your Neck...

Roman arrives to the mansion and stops EJ from going to get his daughter. A call comes in and Roman says Mateo is accusing EJ of putting the hit on Rafe. EJ’s livid and when Abe and D.A. Woods show up, EJ blames Samantha for all of this. He elects not to have his lawyer present; since he’s a lawyer, but reminds them he already gave a statement. He thinks the commander is trying to build a custody case for his daughter, Sami, but Roman would prefer not to arrest his grandchildren’s father. As Woods leaves, EJ tells him to give his best to Chad, causing Woods to shoot him a look. Roman asks EJ to stay out of trouble and as he leaves, EJ tells him to get a warrant next time he shows up. Abe stays behind and says he knows this has something to do with the family. EJ takes a quick call and is told he can question Mateo. Abe agrees to accompany him to the jail, asking if he plans on seeing Nicole while he’s there. "I certainly hope not," retorts EJ.

EJ and Abe visit Mateo in jail. Mateo looks worried. EJ asks why he changed his story. "Mateo, you’re going to tell me why you’re lying." Mateo refuses to answer to him so EJ grabs Mateo and pulls him towards him, yelling that he’d better tell him. Abe breaks them up.

What She So Richly Deserves!

Maggie greets Kate as she comes into Chez Rouge and makes some caustic remarks, accusing Kate of using her to frame Daniel. She remarks that she clearly doesn't care about Lucas or Philip either! Stefano approaches and tells Maggie that she's the help, not a guest! Maggie glares. Victor walks over and says, "What's the point of buying a trophy if you can't show it off?" Victor tells Kate he crashed, but Stefano was very good about it! Maggie walks over to Lexi and Abe. Lexi loudly expresses her anger that Kate is free after what she did to Daniel! Stefano murmurs that maybe she shouldn't have invited them after all! Stefano wants Lexi to go down the aisle with him - she refuses, but Theo insists, so she agrees. Abe shakes his head as Stefano takes Theo, saying he has a special job for him too. Victor takes another shot at getting Kate to choose her own family, but Stefano quickly materializes at her side and says it's time. Victor tells her she's starting the life she so richly deserves!

Stefano and Kate's wedding ceremony begins at Chez Rouge. Everyone but Stefano looks grim. As the minister says, "...let them speak now or forever hold their peace," Philip walks in! Kate turns to look at Philip as Stefano has Theo bring the rings to him. The ceremony continues, and the minister asks Kate to say her vows - she does, with tears on her face. Stefano then says his vows, and they are pronounced man and wife. Philip walks out in disgust. Victor is the lone clapper when the newlyweds are presented to the room! When the champagne is being poured, Theo, who wants some, spills it all over Kate's dress! Kate reassures him, saying sometimes she gets mad when someone has something she can't have too! They make friends. Stefano whispers to Lexi, "See! One big, happy family." Lexi rolls her eyes.

Hot Chocolate and Asparagus!

Hope cries happy tears for Ciara, who tells her she doesn’t have to cry anymore. Bo and Hope snuggle her and they decide to head to see Lexi before home. Bo jokes they’ll have hot chocolate and broccoli. Ciara shows distaste and laughs and Hope tells him to get it right. It’s hot chocolate and asparagus!

Kate visits Chloe in her room at the hospital and tells her there’s nobody left to help her, but she’ll be there from time to time to tell her about how Daniel will go to jail and get a lethal injection. Nathan walks in and asks what the hell Kate’s doing there. Kate claims she’s the mother-in-law and has every right to see her, but Nathan says she’s not allowed in there. He feels for her and wishes there was something they could do for Chloe. "There’s nothing we can do for her now," says Kate, surprising Nathan, who wonders if she wants Chloe to get better at all! She’s being realistic. They discuss Lucas and Nathan’s not sure he should be the one in charge of her treatment considering what’s going on with their relationship. Kate doesn’t think it’s any of his business and stalks off.

Roman tells Abe and Lexi that he and Bo think that the kidnapper has something against Hope. Both of the kidnappers have records and Lexi needs to know that the guy who took Ciara was a registered sex offender. Lexi is horrified. They’re interrupted by Bo and Hope with Ciara. Ciara goes to say hello to Theo while Lexi hugs Hope. Hope and Ciara go into an examination room while Bo and Roman worry about whether or not she was molested.

Lexi comes out of the examination room and tells the men that it doesn’t appear as though Ciara was molested. There are hugs all around. Hope and Bo visit Ciara and are happy to get her back. Lexi interrupts and the two leave them alone.

Out in the waiting room, Roman thinks they should take Dean’s statement now. He tells them when he found the shed, he was looking through the crack of the door and reached for his cell phone to call for backup. That’s when he saw the male perp putting a blanket over Ciara. He reached for his gun. That’s when Dean pounced. Dean watches as Hope pulls away from Bo’s arms. Later, they consider there’s a third person. Bo wants to ask Ciara a few questions for her own sake. Bo gets up too quickly and almost collapses but Hope grabs his arms. She asks Lexi to look after him, considering he was hit in the head, earlier. Lexi takes him away and Roman wheels Dean in. Roman goes off to make a call while Hope thanks Dean for saving Ciara’s life. She’s thankful the woman was a bad shot. Dean flashes back to shooting himself and agrees to get counseling that the department offers. Roman returns and says they’ve got nothing that ties the perps to Bo or Hope.

Lexi returns with Bo, who has a clean bill of health. Ciara falls asleep in his arms and calls to Hope in her sleep. Nearby, Dean flicks his Zippo lighter, complaining he’d kill for a cigarette. Ciara hears the lighter and remembers hearing the same sound at the shed.

Trifecta.

At the park, Roman thinks the kidnappers are very smart or lucky. They discuss a lead and wonder if Tracy said anything about Ciara the day she went missing. Just then, Lexi and Theo arrive. Theo repeats himself. "Ciara missing?" He yells and says he saw Ciara and the angel.

He's All Yours, Princess!

At the park, Ellen runs to Abe to ask if he has seen Ciara. He hasn’t and when he asks Theo, Theo seems very upset and says, "See Ciara. See Ciara." He wrings his hands and Abe assumes he’s tired. He sends him home with Lexi and the search begins. Hope, Justin and Bo rush to the park. They split up and search. Hope finds Ciara’s water bottle. Justin tries to tell her not to jump to conclusions. Bo takes a call and tells Hope they’ve got cops on this. He holds her as she screams and cries. Abe tells them a stolen car was found down by the river, so Bo runs off. He finds Ciara’s bear in the woods, just as he did in his vision…

To Chillin' at the Pub!

Hope finishes interrogating a suspect and goes to Justin to tell him he confessed. They discuss how quickly kids grow and that she misses time with Ciara while she is at work.

Lexi, Abe and Theo are at Salem PD when Bo arrives. They’re heading to the carnival and Bo asks if they can take a look out for Ciara. Abe would be happy to and Theo cheers as they discuss going on the bumper cars with her.

In Bo’s office, Justin says Jackson’s still living with them and he’s happy about it, and torn about being an empty nester. Hope understands that and they laugh as Hope says Ciara’s not self-sufficient. Hope knows that she does more for Ciara, because of Zach, knowing every second they have with their children is a gift. Bo comes into the office and assures Hope that Ciara is fine and has her water bottle.

At the carnival, Ellen gathers the children to get something to eat but Ciara stays behind at her backpack and is sad to find Tommy Bear missing. The stranger arrives and offers to help her find it, but she can’t go. He offers to search for it for her and bring it to her if he finds it. She smiles and runs off to Ellen. Abe and Theo arrive and greet Ellen and Ciara while the stranger hides the bear in the woods. Lexi arrives and apologizes for being late. She shares that she spoke with EJ, who is going through a rough time. Tracy falls and hurts her hand and Ciara runs off. The stranger hands her Tommy Bear and she is delighted. He tells her that her daddy called him and told him that instead of staying with her friend, her daddy wants her to come with him. Ciara is unsure and doesn’t make a move, so the stranger tells her that Ciara’s mommy had an accident and is in the hospital. He’ll take her there, now. Ciara nods and walks away with the stranger, dropping her water bottle on the way. Nearby, Lexi examines Tracy’s hand.
