Well, when Sami told him you are too good to be true, he said I'm not. So, maybe that was a clue for us, too. There have been so many things thrown out there, that it is really hard to tell what is a clue and what is being said to just throw us off. I don't think Rafe has always been squeaky clean-- he did say he was a street punk and in and out of gangs, so at least at some point in his life, he was not the boy scout type!!! Just so he and Sami stay together, which I am sure they will-- he can have been whatever before!!! |

But there's nothing like common enemies to bring a couple like SAFE a stronger couple. In the end that's all I want but I like the drama, too!! |

Here's what we do know. Stephano knows what happened to Emily via mysterious phone call; he also commented to Nicole about dealing with enemies 1) eliminate them or 2) make life unbearable for them. We know that Stefi will bring Meredith to town to distract Rafe from the baby switch and EJ also has something in mind to do away with him. Now, since she is Emily's sister which is why I was thinking along the lines that maybe Rafe accidently shooting Emily because that would be a good reason to be angry at him OR that maybe Rafe chose Emily over her. In that s/l since she maybe a psycho, perhaps she killed Emily out of jealousy and framed Ari/Rafe. Ari did hint at not seeing a sunrise for a long time. I feel like I'm grasping at straws!!! LOL But still SAFE to the end!!! |

Oh, I looked at the SOW for July 21. It has our SAFE couple on the front cover with that caption: DAYS: A Murderous Past. I read the article three times. It is Ali Sweeney talking about her and Rafe and how she meets Meredith and is becoming more suspicious of the Emily/Rafe thing. It NEVER anywhere mentions murder, etc. on anyone's part. Now,we all know that being on the cover of a soap mag is a good indication of a SUPER COUPLE- and this isn't their first time on the cover. In the magazine,one of the writers said that DAYS would be smart to bring back some of their vets-- Marlena, John, Kayla, Steve, etc. for a short time so that they can pass on the generational torch to Philip/or Sami now that they are with their true soulmates (or something close to that). That was her opinion, but sure sounds to me like that is what may happen this fall. |
