Lets play a fun game on this OT site, okay??? Any ideas anyone?? We have some very talented comedians on this board. We all need a good laugh each day, don't you think???
I am just not into debating soaps but LOVE comedy and all the antics I see from you posters (please don't do the drinking alcohol game because I don't know all those types of drinks )

Did anyone watch Law and Order SVU last night (Tuesday)?
I think the doctor at the trial clinic was our Kayla. I can't think of actresses real name. She looked like her but her hair wasn't as pretty as it was on Days.

I hope someone can verify if it was her.

but i have a question about movies. i'm so out of touch with the new releases. i go to the movie store and haven't heard of 90% of the movies on the shelf. can anyone recommend a good movie? i'm going to go rent one tomorrow (too late to do it now. my kids are in bed.)

i like any kind of movies except really cheesy horror flicks. suspense/thriller i'm ok with. but mad zombies taking over a city i just can't watch...lol....

any suggestions?

Alanurse I just wanted to get the opportunity to answer you from your response to me in the To Chrissi thread. If you look at the majority of the threads opened by this person the majority do not have responses. Some of the threads have merit others don't is what I'm saying. It's pretty bad when you have to answer yourself to get posts. ITA the board is open to thousands and anyone who wishes to post but it is unfair to the posters to have to sift thorugh pages and pages of empty space so to speak to look for the threads that interest them and were busy until they were lost.

Also I don't see a lot of friction here lately. Again this board was a heck of a lot worse before. Chrissi can attest to this and like she said we have all been getting along a lot better lately. The board is jumping again with a lot of activity and healthy debating and I think it's a great thing.

Great idea also about making a game here in this thread!

Oh and Bry I think I am going to check out Taken too!

I want to see Taken...we watched Mall Cop last night, and it was funny, so if you like comedy, that's a pretty good one.

Bedtime Stories with Adam Sandler is a great family movie, and it's also funny.

We rented My Bloody Valentine, but I only saw the ending, it looked okay.

Bride Wars is hilarious, I loved it!

Did I see someone mention E.J in handcuffs again????

I have been making up fun games since I was a kid. Here is a game that I made up, as an adult and we began playing this 30 years ago. It's called "The Story" game. Whom ever wants to, starts with making up a story.....hints: make it as unrealistic but yet somewhat sane. Build up to the story to a dramatic point and the person nearest to you picks up the story immediately and says the first thing that they can think of that applies to what was just said and continues to make up the story. They add to the same story and bring to a dramatic point and turn over to the next one.
This game has brought MUCH laughter to my family. Aslo, remember to keep your addition to the story short, like a minute or the rest will loose track.

We have some extremely funny people on this board, so let's all participate. Just overlook any mispelled words.

It may take a bit to catch on but don't give up.

I'll start:
There was these two hobo's who were fraternal twins and didn't look anything alike. There names were Rosco and Rambo. They ran away from home when they were 16 and started hopping trains. The very first time they jumped into an empty looking boxcar and began to slide Rambo said "what was that we stepped in.......................

Who's next to add to that?
