I was thinking the same thing. The way she was telling herself, "Don't get involved, don't get involved" and the obvious interest between tells me probably something is going to happen between them. And since he's going to be the only one in on her miscarriage points to the probability that they will be sharing lots of scenes (and hopefully, pull her away from EJ).

Nicole and Brady have definate chemistry that's not forced. In the day ahead eppy he told Nicole that he may stay in Salem permanently and you could almost hear Nicole say to herself, "Uh oh!". I think Nicole knows that this whole situation with EJ is doomed. She pretended that she doesn't care if Brady stays in town or not but it's clear she does want him around. She's holding on to EJ for dear life but I think she has always known that it's pointless, although she will try to keep him, her attachment to Brady is clearly still there.
