I'd love to see them look as awesome as he does when they're in their early 50s. Anyway, it is a HUGE mistake to fire them (and I can say that even though I'm not a Deidre fan) and this mistake will turn around and bite the show in the arse. I'm done with DAYS when Drake goes and THAT'S a fact! I cant believe they didnt offer them a paycut! Now that just makes this fiasco all the more unbelievable. That really blows!!!

I am so disgusted with them letting John and Marlena go. I have watched this soap since I was 17 and am now 51. They have brought enjoyment to life being on this soap no matter what their story line involved. I can't believe that the writers would rather replace these wonderful veteran actors with all these new young kids they are bringing in. They need to take those young kids out who's acting in no way even comes close to comparing to the John and Marlena characters. The writers will be sorry they removed them because their ratings are going to drop. Just like the last time they tried taking Marlena off being killed by the Salem strangler. They were flooded with so much mail they had to make it her twin sister who was killed and bring her back.I feel the public watch these soaps and writers if they care about this show need to listen to them. I am sad and angry. |

I feel like TPTB at DAYS have no respect for us longtime viewers. Give us our seasoned vets who can actually act. |
