Right now I'd rather have a monkey in charge of Days than Dena H. Man, and I think Hogan Sh. was bad!!

i agree about Y&R it may go through Victor and Nikki over and over again but it is the #1 running show and has the best rating and it is my fave show and yes sum s/l's are lame but its nothing compared to this

My opinion is they are popular because of their time slots..not because they are good.
They both suck, and the same s/l time after time. Seriously how many times can Victor marry Niki? Or Ridge marry Brooke or Taylor...STUPID shows!

If Y&R and B&B suck then Daytime might as end right now! for you to say the Y&R the #1 rated show for 900 + weeks sucks then what does that say about the other soaps. Y&r has the best cast and writer's in daytime.

That is my opinion. They are on after folks are home from work and school, the others are not.
They don't have more talented actors..I think there are many of them and not just on Y&R and B&B. Just because the ratings are high doesn't mean their actors or their show is better...it just means there are more people available to watch them.

okay then let's see ABC or even NBC put a soap up against Y&R and let's see who come's out with the higher ratings in the time slots your talking about. Also I don't know about you but I don't like turning on a show and seeing a different actor/actresses playing the role like in every other soap. it's about stability keeping the same ppl in the same roles. Y&R keeps their core actor's and that's why their #1 viewer's like to see character's they are familiar with. Take GH every time I tune in it's like im watch a different show don't recognize anyone plus ABC soaps just suck. Y&R is about the character's and ABC soaps is about the plot no consistency

but i will say this if the Y&R decides to take in both Diedre Hall (Marlena)or Drake Hogestyn (John) their so no better place where those two will be treated right and put in front burner storylines because at the Y&R they treat their vets with respect and give them front burner storylines

I wouldn't watch them on Y&R. That is worse than not seeing them again at all.

Do these petitions really work? My reason for askin is.i think GL fans need to make one,i would love to log on this site and to read that DK has been fired.
