Ok, here is a question for you. If Nicole was married to Trent at the time of his death, then all of his estate (share of Nick's prototype) would go to her. Why do they keep saying that Melanie will get Trent's share? |

Because he left everything to Mel in his Will, the only way Nicole could get his share of the Prototype is if she contested his Will... |

My thought on this is Nick is the person that came up with the prototype so he should be the one to actually get the money if any is made. Yes, Trent did help him with it but it was Nick's 'baby' to start with. Max even helped him with it in the beginning. Trent didn't come into the picture until it was submitted to the science dept. Am I right? So, I really don't see how Melanie or Nicole could get anything out of it. |
