Days of Our Lives - MESSAGE BOARDS

How bout we the viewers of the soaps we watch get too choose who writes are shows. I for one am tried of the producer's decideing what THEY think might be good. Like Days throwing Melinie down my mouth everyday. So why don't they give us choice's on who we would like too see write. They have are had Who wants too be a soap star?. Now they need Who wants too be a soap writer?. They could have new writer's are some that have been in the biz for a while. They could do clips of show's they have written for before. Given 2 weeks too write a story and end it too see how it plays out. Then we the viewers can vote on if we want too give them a try for a year are keep the old writer's. I think this would be a great idea and maybe get rid of some of this stuff that producer's want too see. This could be for Days of our Lives are any other show. So tell me what you think....

I think one of the ways they chose writers is the writers have to go through agents, just like the movie stars do. The reason I said this is we had a fan-fic writer that was pretty good, actually better than the writers, and she sent hers in, in their form, the way they like it, and they returned it to her unread, and told her she needed a agent.I don`t know much more than that on how they chose their writers. I don`t want to mention the fan-fic writers name without her permission. I hope this answered some of your questions. Blin
