Can you give us a little hint as to who the Vet is leaving. Like either by Gender or age. And not there actual age.

I have been so anxious to know and no one no where is giving a clue to who it is and I am going crazy here.

Hi, I was going to address this in my thoughts on Friday. I know it's been plauguing everyone. I only know that Kate's not leaving, but truly, that's all I've got, officially.

I've always considered a Vet to be an older person, perhaps such as Marlena, John, Roman, Caroline, Hope, Bo, Kayla, Steve, Abe, Lexi, Stefano - all that age group. They'd have to have been with the show a long time. There is a new storyline coming up in a few weeks that will clarify some.

Some speculate Lucas or Chelsea but truly, I don't think either are going anywhere. Chelsea is probably the best actress on the show. If they got rid of her, it'd be stupid, but that's just my own opinion. I really hate to speculate because I don't want to start rumours, but I have to wonder if Mel will leave us - anyone short term might go.

Brady's returning to tie up loose ends with Chloe, so she's not gone, but whether or not that means they'll go away together, remains to be seen.

Well John and Kate are both ill, so one of them would be the likely ones to leave, but I think John's needed. I think most fans want to see the old John return. I'll have to poll everyone.

Hmm, let me contact Eric's publicist. I'll get back to you in this thread. I think Galen is temporary for the killer storyline. He'll play an FBI agent. He'll likely talk to the force and Sami.

Yeah I hear ya,dayzfan0513. If they had them intertwine their lives more, it wouldn't be as noticeable, but some are paid a lot and those are the ones that you won't see consistently. I guess it's not as black and white.

I forgot. We're doing an interview with Galen Geiring (sp?) sometime this or next week, so you may find some of these questions answered when you read that. We'll post it in the boards when it's up.

Yeah, I can't see them letting John go, either, Tammer. Especially after that fiasco last year!

Oh she'd be in the list of vets. It could be her. I mean, just as much as it could be any vet. I wish word hadn't spilled out. It just upsets fans. I wish I had good news for ya.

May I ask you a quick question?? I'm a huge Broe fan and that whole "returning to tie up loose ends" with Chloe sounds very interesting. In your own opinion, do you take that to mean that they are reuniting or that he's coming back to put closure on their relationship???

Just spoke with Eric Martsolf's publicist. I will post this in my comings and goings and news - he's inked a 4 year deal.

Remember, an actor can in a 5 year deal but that doesn't mean much, considering the show can drop them at any point, practically. Storyline and I'm sure acting ability will dictate!! I think that is partially why the shows don't discuss contracts.
PS he starts taping Monday. You heard it here, first!!

My own thoughts, - originally I thought he'd be on the show for a few episodes to tie things up so Chloe could be with Philly, but now, I am not so sure.

Oh, I didn't mean to sound like he is not a good actor! That's just standard... contracts are meaningless, in a sense and those are some of the reasons an actor could go - that and loads of other things. That's all. He did a good job, considering JER was his writer. It'll be nice if he can get his woman this time around, wouldn't it!! Haha no waiting 9 years or however stupidly long that is.
