What in the world is going on here at this board? I know I'll go a few days without coming here only because I'm just busy. I have always loved coming here and reading and then when I got the nerve up started posting. I adore many posters here some are still here some are gone. I know where some are and I am not a liar I will go and check on them. I don't keep in touch with anyone through personal email I can't but there is a way but I just don't need drama. I don't understand why all of this has taken place, I know it all started with Lumi verses Ejami, but really I don't get that part at all. So many don't like Lucas and many don't like EJ. What makes me so sad is it's more they don't like each others fan base. I feel lines have been crossed and ppl have been pushed on both sides. Ppl who have made friends on here have hurt each other and I've come to the conclusion it's a chic thing. We become so obsessive and defensive over who we like we dare someone to say something bad but in all honesty who gives a shyt?? Really like I've stated before I don't care at all who bashes a character as long as it's not my family you are talking about. Things just have gotten too personal. I don't envy the jobs of the ppl who run this board. I know there are things that go on that we all know nothing about but I do feel there are things that go on that moderators may not know about. It is up to us to fill them in and maybe we as posters think things aren't handled the way it should be but really this isn't all life or death. The whole thing saddens me. I hope it's not going to turn into a "who you hang with thing" because there are certain ones that I post with because there are things we have in common with the show. The only reason I'd post with someone that hated the characters I love would be to argue and if any of you know me by now I don't do that!! Arguing with ppl on a message board isn't what I call a full filling day, I have many many other things going on to worry about. I care about ppl. Knowing there are ppl being hurt here is sad to me. If ppl leave then they just leave. No one has talked me into going anywhere else. We all look around browsing different areas and there isn't anything wrong with that. I would never in a million years point fingers at anyone from this site and call them out. It's just wrong. Simply because we don't ALL know what all has went on. I would love to see things get back on track there are some truly good posters here that are passionate about Days and they are all leaving or have stopped posting and it's just horrible all this is over a soap. These characters don't go to bed at night thinking about any of us, it's just a job they do. I love the show, but it's nothing compared to how much I love my children and my husband. I have a good life and maybe that is why I try to be a good person. I will stay here and post I'm just annoyed at how things are going but you all take care and just please learn to let things go and not be controlled by trying to always be right. |

Again you are skirting the real issue. We all make good and bad decisions and sure, I have. You know nothing about what type of person I am, other than the fact that I speak my mind...and I'm not going to explain to you what kind of person, but for you to tell other people that by hanging out with me, they might as well posted that stuff themselves..pfft...you would never be so lucky to have a friend as loyal as I am... I just know that I am sorry that you have to be attacked and yes I have gotten in some bad arguements with people and said things I shouldn't have but I guess if some aren't gonna like me because I don't agree with them or because I haven't become buddies with me I'm not gonna gonna lose sleep over it. I've just chosen to ignore it and try to post when I have something to say. Yes some of it is off site and its sad, because i have seen it. I just don't understand. I don't want anyone's safe thread to be taken away but I feel the more I post there the more people don't like me. Maybe you should get rid of the safe haven threads because maybe it will stop. |

ChrissiI don't have a clue what needs to be done and I'm sad it's the Days board that has all the drama. I don't understand it. As for having the separate Lumi Ejami boards I don't see anything wrong with it but seems like the topic at times sway to what the other group is talking about. I'm neither a Lumi or an Ejami but I admit I read almost all the threads just for fun. You have a fun place here but like I've stated before it's the posters that make up the board and I really wish things would get on track I don't see anything that can really be done at this point other then just let it all play out. Maybe it's a good thing you've not seen me before lol I've not had the bad post button hit on me |

I trust you Tammer. I know you've made peace with all of the past stuff as have I. I know you're not a part of this and even for those who are, I'm always willing to forgive and forget. The new spammer tonight, phillypride and the other one had the same email address as your old email address. The one I banned a long time ago. You showed up again and we were alerted by this. So it would appear that in addition to the 14 other screen names that I banned you for a long time ago, you've been adding new ones today? See, I say this and wonder what the point is of saying so. Your friends will rally with you and think I am making this up. The thing is, I don't care. I banned the two screen names. I know what's what. What do you think is up with that? And no, I don't make stuff up. We'll consider getting the email staff to answer all emails if that will do any good but I'll warn you now that they're not going to get into it with you. They'll thank you and tell you they'll look into it. That will mean they're sending it to an admin. That still won't help you, if you disagree with how the admin handles the issue. But I digress. I want you all to feel valued, so I will talk to my staff. In return, I'd like if you all would respect me and tell your friends to lay off the spamming. Once my board is fixed, the bans will be exactly like they are on Soap Opera Fan. There will be no returning as another poster. If you all want to stick around, just cut the sh___. And yes, cheering Tess on for her vulgarity was a slap in my face. If she said it to you, you'd feel the exact same way. I'm not referring to the rest of her posts. Chrissi it is your site allow or do not allow what you want but understand some will have opinions about it some good and some bad! but a lot of your posters see the real cancer that is causing issues on the site! I do not think the separate threads are the issue! People put themselves into cliques..I talk to everyone! I was invited into the lounge and i have met some wonderful people there like Iheartu who I adore as an example. IMO it is not suddenly that you have a lot of BS if you look at the common denominator of all the complaints then you will have your answer! |

So it would appear that in addition to the 14 other screen names that I banned you for a long time ago, you've been adding new ones today? See, I say this and wonder what the point is of saying so. Your friends will rally with you and think I am making this up. The thing is, I don't care. I banned the two screen names. I know what's what. What do you think is up with that? And no, I don't make stuff up. We'll consider getting the email staff to answer all emails if that will do any good but I'll warn you now that they're not going to get into it with you. They'll thank you and tell you they'll look into it. That will mean they're sending it to an admin. That still won't help you, if you disagree with how the admin handles the issue. But I digress. I want you all to feel valued, so I will talk to my staff. In return, I'd like if you all would respect me and tell your friends to lay off the spamming. Once my board is fixed, the bans will be exactly like they are on Soap Opera Fan. There will be no returning as another poster. If you all want to stick around, just cut the sh___. And yes, cheering Tess on for her vulgarity was a slap in my face. If she said it to you, you'd feel the exact same way. I'm not referring to the rest of her posts. If you do not see this, then there is no way I want anything to do with you. Let's consider what the other poster must have felt. The one she linked me with? I'm sure she didn't appreciate it either. She didn't even defend herself! And why should she, I guess! It was a stupid comment. Some people need to grow up. If your friend is banned, go to them, comfort them, commiserate and ask them what they can do better to stop getting banned, but don't cheer someone on for speaking to me the way Tess did. It was a ludicrous statement, and she did it because she wanted that badge. What a friggen joke. How is that a badge? How old are you people? Seriously? It's very easy to use someone's email address to open an account especially if you were once friends and now are enemies! Just a thought! |
