INSTALLMENTS 9 & 10 ARE POSTED ON PAGE 7 INSTALLMENT 11: Stephanie and Morgan are helping Max unpack in his new apartment. “So, there’s a party tonight at the pub and Max has to work,” Stephanie says to Morgan. “Want to go with me?” “In our honor?” Morgan teases. “Not quite, but we can use our imagination” Stephanie replies. “I’ll serve in your honor, ladies” Max yells from another room. “It’s a welcome home party for Lucas Horton,” Steph continues. “He got out of jail? What happened?” Morgan inquires. “He never should’ve been in jail, “ Max enters the room. “But that’s another topic all together.” “Yeah, I really couldn’t blame him for shooting that guy after everything that happened. It was a shame he lost his chance at happiness,” Morgan says as she puts Max’s dishes away. “I still don’t believe he did it,” Max says. “That’s just not Lucas at all. But I don’t think he’s scott free.” “Yeah, he’s out on some kind of probation,” Stepanie adds. “Probation? After shooting someone?” Morgan is surprised. “Talk about good behavior, huh?” She laughs. “Maybe the commander in chief was a female,” Stephanie jokes. “What are you trying to say?” Max asks, raising an eyebrow. “Well, he is handsome,” Morgan winks at Stephanie. “But, not as handsome as you,” Stephanie kisses Max’s cheek. “Yeah, he might’ve shot someone, but I saved you at the docks with my bare hands,” Max flexes his muscles. “Yes you did!” Stephanie squeezes a muscle, “Now put that arm to work, you have to get outta here soon and we should at least get your bedroom ready for later!” “Oh really??” Max raises his eyebrow again. Stephanie pokes him in the ribs. “Ugggh! Enough you guys! Let’s get this place put together so we can go to the party that’s not in our honor!” Morgan puts her hands on her hips. Back at the mansion, Sami is sitting in the living room looking through a photo album. EJ enters the house chatting on his cell phone. “Of course I couldn’t put you off too long,” He says. “Is 8:30 a good time?” He sets his keys on the table as Sami watches. He is obviously looking for his ring. “Yes, I have a few things to take care of and to check on my son and I’ll be right over…great.” He hangs up. He hasn’t noticed Sami yet. He bends over to look under the table. “EJ,” Sami enters the room. He jumps up, bumping his head on the table. “Yes, Sami,” there is frustration In his voice as he rubs his head. “Would you mind watching the twins for me this evening? There’s a welcome home party at the pub for Lucas and I’d like to go by myself” She says. “Are you sure he wants you there?” EJ asks, still searching around the floor with his eyes. Sami sighs dramatically. “Of course he wants me there!” “Well, Samantha, I’ve already made other plans…” He begins. “Other plans? What plans?” She is shocked. “Plans, Samantha. Must I keep you informed?” He asks. “Well, we do have a child together, EJ.” She’s annoyed. “Yes, we do. And I will always be here for him, I’m only a phone call away.” He says. “And Darling, you know I am always here for you too. I just can’t sit around this house, pining for you while you pine for Lucas. He’s back now, and I know where I truly stand.” “What?” She raises her voice. “Nobody’s pining around here. Especially not you, obviously.” He walks into the living room to pour himself a drink. “So, what are you and Nicole doing this evening?” Sami inquires. “Nicole? Ha! Come now, Samantha. I’m not foolish enough to mix business with pleasure,” He replies as he has a sip of his drink. “Oh yes, that’s right… she’s your business partner. The one you paid to make me jealous.” Sami sneers at him. “I didn’t pay her, though I am amused that you are so jealous of her. And when I said business, perhaps I shoud’ve been more specific…” He finishes his drink. “What I’m trying to say is I don’t date clients!” “Oh, so you have a date?” Sami pressures him. EJ heads for the stairs. “I didn’t say I have a date.” He begins up the stairs. “You said you don’t date clients,” Sami follows him. “Yes, I did say that.” He retorts. “So, that means you have a date,” She continues behind him. “No, that means I don’t date clients,” He stands at the top of the stairs. “Are you going to follow me to my room?” “N… No,” Sami remains at the top of the stairs as he heads down the hall. “I guess I can see if Rolf will watch the twins for a little while.” “Yes, Sami, that sounds like a fine idea,” EJ says and enters his room. Sami frowns. TO BE CONTINUED… you are definitely keeping me entertained Suz... keep it coming! |

I really like where I believe this is going. Sami is going to be all alone, maybe that would be for the best. I also like that you have incorporated more of the cast. Now if you can just put in Bo and Hope and NuJohn and Marlena I would be delighted. Great writing--I am loving it. |

Suz I hope you and Tom have enjoyed your weekend. Can't wait until the next installment. You gotta send your work into Days... you can do a much better job with this s/l than they are doing. Wish Tom a happy birthday from all of us here on the boards. |

We are having a lazy weekend. I am going to try to squeeze in an installment or 2 today if I have the time. The party will be nice, and incorporate other characters and a surprise or 2. I have really been enjoying this. I hope you are having a great weekend!!! |

In time I may be able to incorporate more characters...etc... but then I'd pretty much be writing the whole show...lol. My main focus is this triangle and getting it cleaned up nicely for all of us who don't want to wait for it to drag out with foolish storylilnes like Sami and Lucas constantly fighting, Lucas living in the mansion, and other things that disappoint and irritate us so. I guess I want to proove that it can still be a intriguing storyline without dragging or unbelivable elements. I have not yet decided if Sami will totally end up alone, though I have decided she needs to be alone for a while. All three of these characters need some S P A C E to think things out... and explore other options. Just to remind any new visitors: Installments 1-8 are posted together in full on page 6 of this thread. Installments 9 & 10 are posted separately on page 7 and Installment 11 is posted on page 8. Your spoilers are: Kate stops the annulment EJ has a date Sami is upset that EJ is not wearing his wedding ring Lucas makes a new friend |

I got on here by chance you had posted another installment and was really glad to see you had. I got my "Days" fix for the day. I agree with other posters you should try to get a job writing for Days. Again this is really great. Just think if you could become a writer for Days we would be able to say we posted with you before you became famous!! |

I love this show, so I'm pretty familiar with the characters... and being able to play with them a little bit is nice... tee hee. I have another installment coming up in a few. I'm going to re-post the old to get everyone up to date and follow with #13. Thanks for the complements.
