everybodysmile...6 weeks huh? I hope they go by quickly for you and you make a speedy recovery.

Sunny, I love it when the safettes pop in. I will do my best to post in the SAFE thread like I do the LUMI thread. I was going through my mail and a local church sends us a newsletter every month. This month it had quotes in it from Abraham Lincoln. One of the quotes really caught my eye. "You cannot further brotherhood of men by encouraging class hatred". I think this is something a few posters should really think about. We all love the show and root for "our couple"...even though we might not agree about things on the show, we should be able to be nice to each other. I think the SAFE fans and the LUMI fans have a mutual respect for one another and I hope this relationship continues and others join in. Have a great rest of the week my friends.

Thanks for all the good wishes concerning my fall. When you are 71, it takes a while to heal but like I said I'm so thankful I didn't break my hip, leg, etc.
I agree that this thread shouldn't be on page 2. I respect Safe but I will continue to hang in here for our Lumi. Wouldn't it be nice if Sami weren't in a triangle or quadangle, etc. just for a year or two?
I try to post on other topics but when I read post that upset me and I don't want to be any more specific than that, but it is sad that posters have to make posts that I guess they think are funny but I find them to be rude. So very seldom do I even read other threads any more.
It may just be me, but I think there are a few new members who really push the envelope.
I think Sami is Lucas's true love and if it weren't for his mother (and EJ) we would still have our Lumi and their kids with their antics and romance, too.
I still believe that Lumi being reunited would make the ratings soar.
I hope the writers give Lucas a storyline where he is man enough to walk away from Chloe without hate or vengeance and realize people don't really choose who they love. I hope he breaks free of Kate because as long as Kate is around, Lucas doesn't stand a chance at a happy marriage.

I'm thinking maybe it is time for me to give up on every having Lucas and Sami together again. I really feel bummed out. The Lumi's number keep dwindling. Sami's character is made to be a blonde dimwit. Lucas's character is a loser with women who is a drunk and mama's boy. I kept hoping the writers would come to their senses. I'm really bummed out and this somebody is not smiling. Sami and Lucas should have been the next generations's supercouple.

Lumi forever and ever now if only Corday (the weenie) will wake up and smell the roses and put our soulmates back together just like they should be!!

everybodysmile...don't lose faith, like JT said. I really think LUMI will have their happily ever after...the show is not going in LUMI's direction right now, but I am sure they will back on corse once the baby switch storyline is wrapped up. Atleast her heart belongs to a good man now and we know that she will end up with the BEST man when it's all said and done. I know we don't have a lot of LUMI fans left on this board but there are some really great posters here who make posting on this board a pleasure. If you want, pop into the safe thread and start chatting it up with some of those ladies. They are very welcoming and will respect your love for LUMI.

The baby switch story is putting me to sleep . The only break is when lucas and sami are together.
I think the writers are teasing us . Thats ok i take any interaction with these two.
besides we know who she will turn to when all this baby switch goes down. LUCAS Lucas lucas .

Im still hoping that the hospital blackout really was important(cause up to now it's + crapolla Im still waiting to know who his pawn is!!) I would be so psyched if somehow during the blackout Sammi and Lucas did the deed(we don't always see every thing! I still don't remember Hope sleeping with Bo when Zack was concieved!!) Maybe that's why he thinks she's not his he had more tests run (that Stefano doesn't know about and she still isn't EJ's blood!) Then I am possitive without a doubt our couple will drop their stand ins and go back to where they belong!!

Hey there LUMI fans..I am so behind on the show right now..with vacation and playing catch up at work..I need some DAYS time Lucas and Sami being together, even as friends, is the bright spot of the show for me. I hope we get some LUMI scenes soon...Lucas is really going to need Sami when he turns to the bottle again.
