Hi everyone, Just wanted to pop in and wish everyone a good day. Greatbear, I`m sorry your having so many medical problems. Your still in my bears, right along with everyone else. Lumi will prevail in the end. You know even in real life if you can`t be with the one you want. You sometimes get to the point, where you really don`t care, and settle for second best, or worse with Ej, everything is worse, unless or course he`s with Nichole. Even if you settle, you`ll still go back to true love given a chance.

I don`t care for the character of Ej, but I do like him with Nichole. Man oh man the trouble that them two could get into is almost unimaginable. Alot better than the story line with Ej and Sami. These writers need to face it Lucas and Sami need to be together. If I see that their going to put Sami with Ej, I won`t be watching anymore, thus I won`t have any more comments either, this is just about the only thread I post in anymore, I don`t want to mention the other thread I popped in on once this week, don`t want to go against guidelines. I do sometimes read daily updates, but am sick of reading the comments. So much bashing of Stefano being back. Well I like him back. He`s adding excitement to the show. Something needs too. Because Sami and Ej is boring.I simply want Sami and Lucas back together, put Ej with Nichole or someone else. Even Chloe, I don`t care. Have a nice day .blin

Happy Friday Lumis. I have officially removed DAYS from my DVR, until futhur notice, so I will have to rely on you guys to let me know when the tide changes, I refuse to be a part of their ratings for the Ejami SL fiasco and the Lucas/Chloe force-feed. I just hate I will have to miss John/Marlena/Stefano, BOPE but sometimes you have to sacrifice for what you believe in...I will continue to check in on the updates and boards though, because not only is "LUMI FAMILY" but their posters are too ...Chat with you all later.

LUMI fans, I know these are tough times for us since the writers don't seem to know what they are doing from day to day, so I understand why the show is hard to watch. I am just happy to know that even if we have to give up on the show for awhile, you guys are not going to give up on posting here. I love reading all your comments and saying hello to you guys every day!!

Just wanted to say good day to everyone and Greatbear you are also in my prayers. i hope things get better for you. I hate the fact they may write in another baby. Sami is a terrible mother, I mean Will left. I just hope Lucas gets rights to his daughter and gets her out of the mansion. Its simply not safe there with Stefano on the loose. If they even go there and make another pregnancy I like the idea of the baby having a life threatening disease and then the docs find out johnny isn't Ej's son and then the baby doesn't survive. Sounds mean, I know, but like everyone else says..... it doesn't matter if you rape someone or kill someone ... this is only a soap opera afterall.

Isnt it ironic that when it was Jr committing rape...those same people said.."its just a soap" its not real...

Quite frankly its just a small bunch of crazed fans...because when JS was on AMC..there was never this crazed fan following...
I hope and pray for JS that he gets a great movie deal..and his wife requests he leave soaps..it would be in the best interest of his career..and it would end all this fanatic...

Id say..she prefers her character with Lucas...her quote is...

I watched the show and I really don't see any passion with EJ and Sami but I see emotions in their eyes whenever Sami and Lucas look at each other. I do see sparks with EJ and Nicole. Cholie was hot with Phillip but not with Lucas.
As for Lucas seeking custody of Ali, EJAMI's claim he can't get it because he tried to kill EJ and just got out of jail and broke house arrest, etc, etc etc. Well Lucas did under cover work for the Feds so I think this will play in his favor and counter balance his criminal record if it has not been expunged as part of his deal - that means the government erased his criminal record as part of the deal for him helping them and puting his life in danger so it's like it never happened. I'm sure Uncle Micky would have made sure to put all the right stipulations in the deal.
I really hope Will's name is at least mentioned by Sami or Lucas and he is on his way home. He needs to be there and it needs to come out he is the one who shot EJ and Lucas covered for him to protect his family. Boy would that put a lot of people in their place. This will make Sami feel like a fool and might wake her up.
I really hope Lexie is doing another DNA test and not a pregnancy test and that test will validate Lucas is Johnny's father.

This is my first day on these boards, and I was so happy to see that there are so many Lucas and Sami fans. I am so tired of the boards overflowing with Ej fans. (I mean, I like the character of Ej for the show, same as I like the Stefano character, but that doesn't mean I want either of them with Sami or Marlena.) Finally, there are some people that agree with what I have been thinking over the last year about the ridiculous pairing of Sami & Ej.

How Sami could overlook the fact Ej tried to kill so many of her family members, forcing her into sex/raping her, not being willing to help Lucas or anyone else in her family by convincing Stefano to end the Vendetta unless he got what he wanted, constantly butting into her life & threatening her, blackmailing her into divorcing the man she loved & marrying him... I have been so frustrated the last several months thinking everyone was going crazy in accepting that Sami could allow a murderer, lier, torturer, rapist, extortionist/blackmailer...DiMera (in every sense of the name, not by blood or name only like other characters on the show) not only into her home, but also into her family and her bed.

I know Ej has lots of fans, but the storyline is so unbelievable and twisted. As I said, I like Ej, but just not with Sami. He is an excellent villain, and I might like him redeemed, but with someone else like Nicole, Ava or Chloe, etc., just NOT Sami. I was sick to my stomach from the very beginning of it.

I was happy when Sami and Lucas finally got through a wedding, but then disgusted with how their marriage continually seemed to be about Ej. I didn't buy it when she rushed to his side in the hospital countless times, but didn't seem to care about Lucas' recovery after she shot him. What have the writer's gotten the characters into? I have all along, even before the evidence at the cabin or the other suspects were announced, believed that Will was Ej's shooter. Until I saw Stefano's reaction, I even thought he might have arranged it as a way to play on Sami's sympathy, but that happened anyway.

I also have always believed that Johnny being Ej's son was fixed too, since Rolf originally said he was not, and that is something he would not lie about, but something that Ej and Stefano would. I have been upset that Ej never got caught for the murder of Eve Michaels (the police officer) or any of the black gloved crimes, or the attempted murder of John and Lucas or his desire to murder Will or Belle.

How Ejami fans can claim he loves Sami after all he has done to her family and loved ones is beyond me. The only feelings she has ever had for Ej are out of guilt or manipulation. If she knew the true Ej, she would not allow him near her kids, father or not. The fact she does know he raped her and was doing Stefano's dirty work is more than enough for her to stay away from him.

The little apology recently from Ej was a joke and Sami's comparison to what happened between her and Austin was a lame excuse for the writer's to get Sami & Ej into bed. When Sami drugged Austin, she was a self conscious disturbed teenager who had recently been raped herself. She had a huge crush on Austin and wanted him to like her. On the night of the "rape", she did slip something into his drink, undressed and laid next to him, but it was Austin that took off his own clothes and actually initiated their "lovemaking" - he was not forced, he was confused, actually saying "I love you" and performing the act of "love" with Sami thinking she was Carrie. Sami being immature and obsessed went along with it, because it was what she wanted to hear/do. If Austin was not a "willing" participant (just not to the person he was imagining Sami was), nothing could/would have happened. It's not like Sami jumped on top of him with a weapon or threat to hurt Carrie or grabbed his privates forcing him to cooperate (sorry for the graphic description, just trying to make a point).

There is a huge difference in these rapes. Maybe Austin would not have "made love" to Sami (in his mind Carrie) if he wasn't under the influence of the drugs, but Sami did not have a gun like Ej and was not threatening or blackmailing him. She also was not telling Ej she loved him, like Austin did several times to her during the act, which probably confused her even more. I am not condoning what Sami did, but she was a misguided tramatized teen who had recently been abused, convinced that Austin really cared for her (which he did, just not in that way), but Ej was an adult completely aware of what he was doing, knowing that Sami was about to be married and completely in love with Lucas but did not care about hurting her to get what he wanted. Ej knew Lucas' life was in danger. If he truly loved Sami, he would have rushed to help save Lucas' life knowing how much she loved him to earn her trust, not force her to have sex against her will as a condition where timing could have caused him to die anyway.

I'm sure on this particular topic, I don't have to try to convince anyone that Ej and Sami don't belong together which is so refreshing for a change. I do hope all of you are right that have said "true love wins out in the end". I have been hoping for that. I cannot wait for all the nonsense with Ej to be over. His character is supposed to be strong, but with Sami he just looks like a loser. I know Ejami fans say that about Lucas, but at least they have a true healthy foundation and a reason to fight for their relationship. They have been through so much together. They have made mistakes and learned from them, and have made sacrifices for each other, but they have never put each other or their families in jeopardy. Ejami fans say Lucas sent Sami to deathrow, but the truth is he saved her from it. Lucas' anger has always been justified and out of love. Ej has only lied to Sami and manipulated her feelings. Those feelings are not real.

I cannot wait for Sami to finally see Ej for who he is. The writer's are making her look like a fool and unfit mother to trust Ej and Rolf to care for her children(even though I like the actors/characters and Rolf has been endearing, they are criminals who should not be trusted). Like Lucas said Sami' mother and many other family members would have gladly helped out. Why is she trusting people that have hurt her family? This never made sense to me. I hope someone with influence at the show is actually reading these comments and stops trying to make another "supercouple" out of a rapist and his victim. There are too many young girls that watch the show (even older ones and males) that could get the wrong message from this. It's bad enough most guys in situations like this (when they are hot & bothered and want a girl) convince themselves that the girl always wants it. They do not need encouragement frm shows like this making it seem there is hope for a rapist to win over the affection of his victim. Forgiveness, maybe, but love, never.

Please writers (if you are listening) start cleaning up this mess and make Ej pay for all his crimes or at least be found out by Sami. He is a coward that has never taken responsibility for his actions unless it is to manipulate someone. (I don't believe he is sorry about anything he has ever done, and don't believe he helped with John or turned in Stefano out of the goodness of his heart either. Anyone that does is obviously blind or hasn't been watching the show closely.)

I'm sure many of the stuff I mentioned someone probably discussed somewhere on here. I did see some of it, but I only read about the first and last 5 or 10 pages before posting this. Sorry about that. I hope to read more later.

I love Lumi and will never give up hope that someday they will get their happily ever after.
