Was Greta part of the Dimera clan, I know she left because of Jack, but what happend to her?

No, Greta was not part of the DiMera clan. It was never revealed who her father was. Speculation led to John Black but that was just that, and it's stated SOMEWHERE that Greta knows WHO her father is, and she was saying that it was NOT John.
Which, when you come to think of it, I'm guessing it is POSSIBLE that her father might be Steffie, which would make her part of the DiMera clan.
However, as Greta's time in Salem was way too short, -talk about being used and abused by JERk- who is her father will be one of those pesky unanswered questions to be swept under and forgotten.
