I am in awe of the performances this week by stephen and Marybeth.
When he tries to be flip she calls him on it.. she sees right through it, but he's so afraid to tell her his real fears. Then when they come true.. the panic, the desolution in his eyes.. Hurting Kayla is the one thing that can make steve afraid. When she fights back.. we see all the pent up anger, fear, and sorrow in her eyes.
She is right.. they can't live without each other, and they won't!!!! Kayla is strong enough to fight the demera's and STEVE!!! she did it before and she can do it again.
Steve would die for Kayla, but the problem is that he doesn't feel that he's worth fighting for.
I don't ever feel that I'm watching a performance when I watch these two actors.. I'm so grateful to have a chance to see them perform again together. DVD's and tapes of this weeks performances are going to be sent around the world by fans and watched for many years to come.

I totally agree. Wednesday's show was really 'powerful. I kept re-playing the part when Kayla knocked Steve to the floor. They have a love that is eternal in the storyline and they have the chemistry on TV to pull it off. Their acting this week was just amazing!
