Being the owner of the finest resturant in town and not to mention a recovering alcoholic, why would it take Nick to point out to Mags theat Chels was not 21 and drinking wine! Also why didnt the waitress card her?

so true maggie must have been real busy not to notice and probally the waitress was so taken back by the fact that he was a dr and probally would get a good tip
