I think this will bring them closer together. And they will bond over their missing child. I think Sami will be so emotional and EJ will be the only one to comfort her. I think this is the beginning.

I just want this storyline to end, so tired of it! Days needs to wrap up this story,it will cost them viewers if they don't.

I think it is to explain Ari's (Nicole) Maturity leave and why Nicole will be off screen for a while.

No they could have left her in jail the first time to explain her maturnity leave. But they bail her out for a kidnapping.
