I read somewhere that James gave an interview and suggested that there is a brilliant twist that he did not see coming but inferred that the writers are geniouses. Any thoughts as to what that will be?

Is it possible that EJ is not Stephano's biological son?
Is it possible that Chad is EJ's son - we have not seen the DNA results yet - is it possible that as EJ's son he could not be ruled out. Stephano would not mess with the results as he believes he does not have to tamper with them.

One has to assume that anything is possible in Salem.

However, if Chad were EJ's son, he would have had to have gotten his baby mama pregnant when he was in high school.

We've all accepted or overlooked the fact that EJ was actually born in the early 90's so he really should be in his late teens early twenties. Fine we accepted his soap opera aging.

But if we accept that EJ is Sami's age and Chad is Will's age, then EJ (like Lucas and Sami) started baby making while in high school. And the writers have already established that he spent his high school years in European boarding schools.

Of course, that raises the question: who was his high school baby mama?

Another new character?

Not only JS said that, but so did Ali and Corday. Corday said that the relationship with Carly would be a Bo/Hope/Carly Daniel s/l. I have heard::

Chad is Carly and Dan's son from a previous relationship years ago. Chad was taken and given up for adoption through Dr. Baker and his baby broker business.

If this is true, then that would make Grace the granddaughter of Dr. Dan. Who was the one who tried to save her life, but couldn't and felt so terrible about it?? Dr. Dan. That would definitely be a twist. JMO.

it would be great if chad is ej's son. chad acts and looks like a dimara. it would be dumb if he were carly and dan's kid. carly and dan are two of the most pointless characters ever. i don't know why everyone wants boring carly to have a child. dr. dan is too playrish to have a child

From what I read today a key character is the Alamain and doesnt know it. I think this would be Arianna Hernandez. A while back I read she was a key character and she was related to someone powerful in Salem and didnt know it. I don't know how Rafe would play into this but that is what I read in the Dayscafe spoilers a few months ago, I think we can go back and check?

Carly already has a son. Nicky. I think Lawrence Alamain is his father and I think this whole Carly murder thing has to do with Nicky. I think Nicky was taken away from Carly by Alamain for some reason and that is why she killed him so she can find her son.

I also think the twist that JS is talking about has to do with the Nicole baby switching episode. Since she is not sent away forever on kidnapping charges and will be back after her maternity leave, the way she gets out is another sl will be brewing that Sydney turns out to be really Nicole's baby taken from her. People don't go to prison and get out in 8 weeks for serving time for kidnapping charges. Kidnapping is practically a lifetime crime. The show has have a darn good reason for her to get out of jail in 8 weeks to make it at least somewhat real. The twist has nothing to do with Carly/Daniel.

Wait and see is the game on this one too but I think I am right.

Well since we know Sammi is the mother, please let it Lucasbe her daddy!!and for God sakes CHange her name!! (it's not like EJ named her, Nicole did).( There was the blackout in the hospitol(that the writers have sorta swept under the rug).
