Melanie and Mia

Why are the writers not developing a "sisterly" relationship between Melanie and Mia? |

They live in the same house as Maggie took them both in when they had no place else to go, yet they barely know each other. They are not that far apart in age, although Melanie is a bit more worldly, but they do have a lot in common. I think we should see some kind of friendship or "sisterly" bonding between Melanie and Mia. Anyone else? I think we might see some bonding between these two after everything comes out about Grace... because Melanie will feel bad for Mia losing a child at such a young age... it is possible that Melanie will become a long lost daughter to Nicole and feel a sense of responsbility for Mia... at any rate, I think we will some bonding just not sure how much. They are running in different circles in Salem which makes it difficult to develop a friendship too. But good thinking... let's see what the writers do |

I would love it if they were both nicole's daughters if they were there would be so much story to tell i feel like the writers are missing the boat on this one |
