I mean if he has an attorney why isn't this attorney doing his bidding for him? I mean he runs around acting like he can just speak and do as he pleases. I mean his role in this s/l although necessary, is ridiculous and totally not the way it should be played out. I can't stand watching his part in this s/l....i just want to punch his punk **** out.

I think Mia is the one acting like an idiot.

Well i like chad. Chad is just 16 years old. yes he's immature but it's kinda funny seeing his scence lately.He is NOT being ridiculous he wants his baby back!!! What's wrong with that???????? Also i cant stand mia she needs to go to Jail for selling her baby like that and she is going to be the idoit when she finds out her baby die and she trusted nicole all those months.................

You say Chad is only 16 and that excuses what he is doing? Well Mia is only 16 also and she is trying to do what is best for her little girl. Sydney is getting close to a year old now, that means Mia was only about 14 when her baby was conceived. I don't blame Chad for wanting his child to be with him but he will ultimately have to do what Mia did and turn her over to someone else to care for even if it is his parents. He is still in high school and is in no way prepared to be a father.

I don't think chad is doing anything bad. what if you were in chad shoes. are you going to sit there and not get mad when someone has your child for 10 months. I THINK NOT!!!!!!!Maybe if Sami and Mia were mature enough and told the fathers what was going on. None of those people would be in this mess. With chad's parents involved they can take care of Sydney together. Also Will is only in it for revenge for chad. He need to get a life......

If EJ and Nicole were not presently split up, and Chad saw Sydney in the "happy home" she was in before, he might feel differently.

Nicole alone out on the streets with Sydney is not a good situation for the baby to be in. Just because she is mothering her and loves her does not change that.

Mia should be concerned too.

1.) He is a teenager.
2.) He is a spoiled brat, there's enough blame to go around here, and I think mommy and daddy Peterson should shoulder some of the blame. If Chad was a responsible person why did they send him to a military school? Chad did whatever he wanted and there were never any consequences.
3.) Mia was wrong, but she did what she thought was right for her baby; she didn’t know Nicole was a lying, scheming, and manipulating person. This wealthy lady was acting like the mother she didn’t have, Nicole was going to take care of everything. Mia realized she couldn’t support herself and a baby at 16.
4.) Mia is Will’s first love, and he is trying to help and support her, which I don’t think is a bad thing. He sees Chad can’t take care of a baby all by himself. I don’t think the Petersons are going to be much help, outside of throwing money at Chad, but that’s not going to make him a grownup.

We also have to remember that Mia had 9 months to come to the decision that selling her baby would be better than raising it herself. Chad hasn't had anytime and he is supposed to all of a sudden realize one day he has a baby and the next to realize "who cares" let someone else raise it. That is why if Nicole was smart she would show him how hard it would be and talk to him like a rational person so he can make his decision on his own. Of course it doesn't really matter since it isn't his kid. For example, on All my children, Liza adopted a baby and the young teen mom came back and thinks she wants her back. Liza has the young girl living with her and the baby and the girl I think is realizing it isn't all it's cracked up to be. She is letting her come to a decision on her own instead of using force. That is why I think Chad is reacting the way he is. Lack of the time he has known and everyone screaming at him to back off.
