You know John is a Dimera too! What if Gina had John's child and Stephano took him away. Like he did Chelsey; due to Gina/Hope being brain washed she did not remember the pregnancy. Because I agree it's time for Hope's long lost child to show up. Heck it could be Stephano's that would drive both Kate and Bo crazy. I would love to see some good story lines.

I thought Gina and Hope were 2 separate people, and Hope just thought she was Gina for a while or somethin'....

Any child that John and Gina share should be a reasonable amounts of years older than Brady Black. John knew Gina before he came to Salem or even knew of his beloved Doc. I could buy Chad being a son of Hope (as Gina) and Stefano or Hope as (Gina) and John. That would be more believed. Of course the child would be SORASed but SORAS should reflect soap years of births and the real time of relationships that produced them.
