Quote bmes: well like I said in another post, technically she SHOULD do that, especially after everything she's said to Nicole, otherwise she's going to look like a total hypocrit and fool! idk...maybe she'll be FURIOUS at first, and start having a power struggle with Sydney, and come to her wits end, put her anger aside, and ask Nicole for help dealing with sydney...whether Nicole will WANT to help by then, who knows.

I just really don't see how someone can think that just because I have 3 children and my ex-husband's new wife doesn't have any that she would have the right to come into the hospital and take my 4th baby and try try raise it as her own without my permission simply because she doesn't have one. I don't feel sorry for Nicole, what she did was legally and morally wrong. Sami may have been wrong for not telling EJ but that still does not justify what Nicole did.
Maybe Sami does have too many children but that is not our call. Life and soap opras are like that.

ITA with your post. Sami may have not made the best choice in many people's eyes, but what she did was not illegal. Nicole's choices were illegal. Many times we do not have the choice in how many children we have-- fair or not.

yes you're right, that Sami is under the impression that Mia gave her baby away willingly, cause that part IS true. But Sami also KNOWS that Chad was never imformed about Mia's baby, and Mia gave her baby away ILLEGALLY AND without Chad's consent. So in a way, Sami is supporting Nicole's decision to run off with a baby that is not "legally" hers...doesn't matter if Sami doesn't know that Nicole stole Sydney from HER...she technically still STOLE a baby,and Sami is helping her with running off with that baby...Sami feels that that is what ANY mother would do, because Nicole is the only mother Sydney has ever known. and this is where Sami will look like a hypocrit, cause when she finds out the WHOLE truth, she's going to start singing a different tune.

sorry but i have to kind of disagree with that. i'm pretty sure that when Sami was going to let Rafe adopt Grace, without EJ's knowledge is pretty much illegal. the biological father has to give away his rights first, which did not happen.

Nicole brought this on herself for she didn't have to steal another person child to get what she wants when she has options. She could ask for a surrogate mother or legally adopt a child if she wanted one.

If someone gave you their baby and then wanted it back I would say to you to fight to keep the child especially since the birth mother is on your side. But on the other hand if you had kidnapped my baby and swapped it for another baby that you were entrusted with, forget it. If you think you are going to get to keep it then you must have really hit your head hard when you fell off that turnip truck. Does that make me a hypocrite? Who gives a crap! I did not give you my baby and you're not keeping it.
This is a soap opera but that still doesn't make Sami a hyprocrite.

OBVIOUSLY Sami has a right to demand her baby back!!! that's only natural. we all know Sami is going to do exactly that...flip out and take Sydney from Nicole, and demand that she stay far far away...OF COURSE!!! if she doesn't, then something is wrong with her. this is why, like i said in another post, that Sami should SHUT UP!! (and Stefano told her to shut her mouth too, which i thought was totally hilarious btw...lol..) but I think what every body is forgetting is that there IS someone out there that wants their baby back (or maybe not exactly FORGETTING...but overlooking it, just cause he's a young teenage punk). Mia gave away her baby without talking it over with Chad...he didn't even know she was pregnant...that part of it, like someone else has said, is probably not illegal, and all the loop holes and whatnot. but mia did it illegally..she SOLD her baby, and now that Chad does know about it, he wants his baby back. plain and simple. and although I disagree with his motives (i feel he's doing it out of revenge, and not because he loves his child), he still has rights, unfortunately. even if he's NOT on the birth certificate, he can still go to the courts and request a DNA sample (obviously this dna sample won't match...we all know that...but Sami doesn't know this)...now remember, SAMI is aware of ALL OF THIS!!! and she's STILL supporting and helping Nicole run away with a baby when she KNOWS the adoption was illegal, and there's someone out there who wants his baby. would Sami let nicole run off with Sydney if she knew that baby was HERS???? OF COURSE NOT!!! ok...lets think another way...if it was her son WILL that was in Chad's position, would Sami still support Nicole, or would she support her son in getting back his child that he never knew about? i would think she'd choose Will. why would it be ok to run off with Chad's child and nobody else's? that's what i'm trying to say here. sami would never let someone run off with her child, but at the same time she supports people who run off with a child that's not legally theirs. a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings is called a hypocrite!! it won't make sami WRONG for wanting her baby back, but she does need to shut up!! lol...
