This is my idea of what really happened! I think Sydney is really Nicole and EJ's baby not Sami's that Stephano tried to take when they said she had lost the baby.
Stephano tried to take it through Dr. Baker and Baker screwed up, then lied to Stephano and somehow it really is Nicole's and EJ's baby she ended up with.

Stephano found out and has Sammi's baby ( for the revenge thing!) and Mia's baby died. So I think Nicole will end up in no trouble at all and have her daughter that she gave birth to. I also think Baker will be back to confirm a lot of things.

sometimes i think she is but i remember in nicole's dream her baby had dark hair.

Sydney is not Nicole's biological baby! Do you remember when Dr. Baker sent the letters to Sami and Mia telling them the truth about what happened???? Do you remember Nicole busting her a-- to get the letters before they were read by Sami or Mia???? Why would he do that if Sydney belonged to Nicole??? Do you remember when Stephano had Nicole followed so he could find out what she was up to??? He figured out after the fact what she did so therefore he didn't change Nicole & EJ's baby for Sami's baby who was changed with Mia's baby.......

Stranger things have happened. ( like Chelsea). But highly unlikely. We saw both Mia and Sammy give birth. At the stage Nicole was in when she lost the baby if the baby somehow did survive and Stephonio had her she would have been alive for months before she was born. Both babies were just born when nicole switched them.

Nicole was at the lodge waiting for EJ when she went into labor and later (at Dr. Baker's clinic) lost her baby. They were planning a romantic night together. So, some how Stephano contacted Dr. Baker and told him, "my son's pregnant live-in is going to go into labor tonight, I want you to risk this baby's life and also run the risk of serious birth problems so I can eventually give the baby back to her."
"Oh, by the way she will be the one with Brady Black and somehow they will just happen to come into your clinic."
That whole story line is just too stupid.

And Sammi and EJ having babies isn't stupid given the history of the Dimeras and Bradys ... PLEASE

Oh yeah you people just like the writers have disregarded that history

The whole Dimera/Brady feud started with a Brady and a Dimera together.
Like Romeo & Juliet it only makes sense that at some point two of them would get together.
No! I am not saying that Sami and EJ are like Romeo & Juliet I'm only saying that when two families have such close ties eventually that is going to happen.

Something is wrong with that theories for Nicole never gave birth and if she did was when she thought that she has a miscarriage. But that was before Sami and Mia gave birth for the only way that I can see if the baby was switched on Nicole and there were a third mother that has Sami child. Well maybe Stefano didn't want Sami child but has his own way of finding it and could be mad at Sami for not telling EJ about his baby.

Well that could be because they have to come up with a reason while Nicole is not going to prison and will remain in Salem. Ari Zucker is suppose to come back after maturnity leave and I never read anything where she is cut from the show so what other explanation could there be other than this???
